The staff is very friendly, the hotel and rooms are very clean, and the view is very nice.

Overall, everything is satisfactory.. The staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the water heater is quite good, the AC is cold. Right across from TP, although it turns out you have to go to the pedestrian bridge first. If you are lazy to cross, there are lots of fast food next door, just walk a short distance. I don't know about breakfast, chose a room without breakfast because I deliberately went culinary since morning. Next time I go to Surabaya, Bekizaar Hotel will be on my top list of choices ☺️

Friendly staff, strategic location, small playground in the lobby, quite large and clean rooms, complete amenities, and sofa beds. Just go downstairs and you can access Kaza Mall. There's a cinema, playground on every floor, and a food court. So you won't have to worry about finding food and entertainment! Definitely will come back again someday! Thank you

The first time I stayed at this hotel was so impressive, starting from the friendly security guard to helping me park my car and carry my luggage to the hotel lobby, the receptionist was also friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the room was spacious with a fairly spacious bathroom and the cleanliness was maintained, it was very satisfying to stay here, next time we plan another staycation here, for the bathroom towels maybe they need to be replaced because they are a bit rough.
