The hotel staff is friendly & fast, the check-in & check-out process is smooth & fast, the lobby smells good, the hotel is clean. I left the hotel at 5 am and was able to get takeaway to eat at the airport because breakfast opens at 6 am, we chose fried rice & the food was delicious👍🏻. Highly recommended for those who need a transit hotel near SMB.

The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of the city. Easy access to anywhere. The room is quite spacious, neat, and clean. I like this hotel the most, there is a bolster. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is always the best. The restaurant is located on the roof top. The staff service is very friendly and makes it easy for us guests.

Incidentally the hotel is near the place I was going to, the area is a lot of food. Easy check in process. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast menu are mostly locals & Indonesian which is nice. Located in a decent neighborhood; many restaurants, cafes, & convenient stores nearby. We had a really pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay as always. The room was spacious and more air flow, the best swimming pool with beautiful set of palm trees like in LA😁 (my two kids really enjoy the pool), we love our view, the balcony with green landscapes was great. it feels like we go to a forest with all trees and fresh air. Strategic resort in the middle of the city, and its not just a hotel, its a home for us, we love Novotel, touching our hearth 😘👍can't wait for our next staycation
