The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and odor-free, there was a water heater, clean towels and mats, a clean swimming pool, a hassle-free check-in and check-out process, good Wi-Fi, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Highly recommended. I stay here almost every time I visit Bali. The price is very reasonable for the facilities provided. Clean rooms, friendly staff, an elevator, Ellips hair perfume and hair oil, soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. Everything is good.

For that price and the hotel is really good, it's really worth it, the AC is really cold, the location is also very strategic, close to the airport, close to Kuta Beach, there are lots of food too, it's easy to find food, the only downside is that you don't get breakfast, but that's cheap, for the hotel, it's really the best, the service is also friendly, the room smells good.

I came to Terrace Hotel on February 7, 2026 at 12:45 pm intending to leave my luggage first because it was not yet time for check-in at 2:00 PM. But, the receptionist on duty that day allowed me to check-in at 12:45 PM right away. Thank you to the kind receptionist 🙏 and what's even happier staying at Terrace Hotel, the friendly service from all the staff and the super duper clean and comfortable room. Thanks Terrace Hotel Legian Bali. Next time I go to Bali, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall, staying here was very pleasant even though it was only for one night. The room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. The location is not far from the beach. The restaurant has a roadside view, so it's really nice and the food is delicious. I will definitely come back here again.

Book 2 standard rooms but for some reason one of the rooms was upgraded, it was truly a very memorable experience and got lucky at this Hotel🙏 It was very pleasant and memorable to stay 10 days at this Hotel because all the Hotel Staff were very Friendly and always ready to help anytime. Sun Island Kartika Plaza is always our first choice when we are visiting Bali, especially around Kartika Plaza Kuta area, where you can access every location nearby as it is a center area. Hotel Sun Island is really what we need for our family holidays or visits. Rooms have good space for family, also room daily cleaning is the best, and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. We have been choosing and staying at this hotel since 2015 for our family trips and will definitely always come back.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, perfect for a family trip, because I took the 3-bedroom. The room facilities are also complete and it's very close to Beachwalk Mall, so you can just go downstairs. 🥰 I would recommend this accommodation for a family trip!
