Second time to this hotel, I really like it, the staff are friendly and I like the breakfast the most, it's delicious and has lots of choices.

The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here. Thank you, AIHO Hotel Medan, for the experience and memories. :)

I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved.
