We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌. I will definitely come again here with my family or friend for a short escape. This is literally a hidden gem. Thanks, Upscale Suites. Please keep maintaining the cleanliness 😚😚

The hotel provides a pantry on each floor that's available 24/7 for cooking instant noodles, and there's a water dispenser for drinking water. Nice accommodation close to culinary state at setia budi, and business center at Sudirman, Kuningan also Rasuna. When you come to the city by the CGK airport, the airport train station is just a kilometer by foot. The service is the best, I miss my belonging after stay, and the staff keep it then give me more service by just a mineral water, it's great!!

It's great! The hotel lobby is very comfortable, so you can wait for check-in while relaxing. Access to public transportation is very easy, close to the KRL station, airport train, MRT, LRT, and Transjakarta. It's a complete package. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kempinski in a Deluxe room on 17–18 August with our kids. The room was spacious enough for the three of us without needing an extra bed, and still felt very comfortable. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere, and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and made the stay feel effortless, always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety and suited both adults and kids. The location is super convenient, and overall the stay was smooth, relaxing, and family-friendly. We’d happily come back again!

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious
