Nice common area with bar and seating. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. Would have been a bonus to have kettle and cups to make coffee in room, but other than that, can’t fault.

Great hotel, not too far from city centre, plenty of public transport nearby, very comfortable and breakfast was excelent, beyond expectations.

Comfortable, clean and ample room. Corteuos staff. The breakfast options were excellent. They have a lobby bar and restaurant with many options also. The hotel it is at a short distance walk from Milano Centrale train station.

Clean room and good variety at breakfast. Only 1 small elevator was working due to maintenance for 1 month, which meant a long wait at times

Was not able to sleep at all in the 2 nights we stayed. Stayed in room 252 -avoid at all costs. Loud talking and laughing could be heard from outside the closed windows until 3am. Looked outside and it did not seem to be from the downstairs bistro so God knows where all that chatter came from. I'm not even a light sleeper but it was soooo difficult to sleep with all that noise. Checked in on a Thursday as well

Had a bit of trouble getting into my room and the staff was very helpful, helping me trying to get in my room. The clean staff always left me an extra towel which I didn’t really needed

Enjoyed our stay overall. The only area that let's the hotel down is the Bar and the staff. They are generally slow and impolite. Never said thank you or had a smile on their faces. Seemed like it was all too much trouble for them to serve people or even be civil.

Area was convenient enough, 30 min walk to duomo and 18 min walk from the train station. The hotel room was just bare minimum. Bed’s mattress was not even a proper mattress and it was just a tight room. 0 room amenities (no coffee machine, no kettle, no toiletries, etc). Just a bare minimum hotel for businessmen most likely. Good to sleep in but just expected more. There’s a lot of groceries and cafes and restaurants within walking distance which was convenient.
