Great hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to/from Milan Central Station as well as the centre of Milan and its tourist attractions. Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious lobby and bar, rooms were very small. Our initial room had a foul, sewer-like odor. We asked to be switched and they accommodated our request which was really nice. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed a spritz in their outdoor area. Convenient to Milano Centrale.

Breakfast selection was a bit poor only croissant or bread cereal would of been nice as well . And scrambled egg looked very runny . Rooms definately need updating but did the job . Bed comfy . Window sill very dirty on arrival . Clean towels everyday was good . Staff helpful.

The location was good and a close walk to Milano Centrale train station. The lobby area of the hotel was good and newly refurbished but the rooms were much more run down. The room was very hot and it wasn’t even summer when I visited. The air con system is extremely outdated and didn’t do anything and windows only open a small amount so it was quite uncomfortable. The room was also very small, impossible to fit big luggage and two people. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed here during a family trip and had a very good experience. We requested to have all our rooms on the same floor, and the hotel was able to accommodate that, which made things much easier for us. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
