Great location. Right beside Metro which we used to travel around the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Outside beer garden lovely area to sit and have a drink after a busy day.

We had a used towel with hair left in the bathroom. There was no fridge, the AC didn’t cool and was turned off for several hours overnight, so it got even more stuffy and we had to open the window and let the mosquitos in. There was no space for suitcases. Not the usual Ibis Standard i expected. I‘ll never return

The room was tiny , the bathroom was tiny , the carpet was dirty , there was no furniture , everything was as built in,no coffee in room , way overpriced. The staff was nice the common areas were nice , the breakfast was good , the transportation was convenient the area was nice . I would not stay at that hotel again

We are very familiar with Ibis properties and this one missed the mark mainly because it has 2 tiny elevators for the large property. it took over 20 minutes to get out of the building and there was a line of people behind me. One can't really take the stairs with luggage and we were on the 8th floor along with many frustrated people.

Room showing signs of wear and tear but overall it was clean. Shower bathroom has all in one shampoo/body wash bottle. Room doesn’t have water kettle/coffee maker or fridge. Breakfast was ok with pancake machine and self-serve espresso machine. Fresh fruits were whole oranges, apples and pineapples (yes whole uncut). Tram station and grocery store a block away and taxi stand right outside hotel.

This hotel was expensive for the standard of the room. The room was in need of an upgrade and was tired. It was a 20 min walk from the station. There is an inner quad and if you have a room on the inside then you are disturbed by people late into the evening. I had a better room at less than half the price the next night. The staff member on the bar was full of a cold, coughing as she served me my drink and wasnt very friendly.. She seemed to be serving drinks and preparing bar snacks on her own.
