Good stay near by everything service and food good

We stayed here previously a few days earlier when we arrived to Italy. But the second time when we coming home was not a great experience. Firstly, when we arrived to check in we were told good news we have managed to upgrade your room. This turned out to be a lie. We went to the specified room and found it had only started to be cleaned and wouldn’t be ready. The cleaning supervisor assigned us to another room instead. We had to go back down to reception and inform them of this but they were confused. They reassigned us to another room but this was a basic room…..soo much for the upgrade. Furthermore, there was no apologies from the staff or no courtesy offer due to the inconvenience caused by reception. The room itself had very few outlets so be wary of this if staying here. Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel advises to arrive at breakfast at certain times however I feel this is simply to finish breakfast early. There were very few quantities of food left and a slo turnover in replenishing the food for breakfast. Not a great experience and there’s a few low possibility I would book with Ibis again.

Was good value for the price you pay and in a good location. Room is very basic. It does not have plug sockets beside the bed which was annoying also had very few plug sockets available. Room was very warm, the air conditioning didn’t really work at all. Cleaner tried to come into the room at 9 in the morning while we were getting ready told her to come back but she was just standing looking at me in my pyjamas. The elevators are also very busy and quite old and shaky and can be full when the get to your floor you will have to wait awhile durring the busy times in the morning and evenings. In the room there are no curtains they have a like type of blind you drag across, which is annoying as in the morning light comes in the side of it and the light is not fully blocked out. Also only one pillow per person with only one additional pillow on it. Also can hear a lot of noises from outside and in the other room/hallways.

Good location, 10-15 min walk to Milano Centrale. Good location as close to metro strops to easily get to tourist attractions. Rooms were ok, compact, clean. Aircon varies in its functionality. Sometimes it appears it’s working other times no. Breakfast buffet was good. Plenty of options. Would have like to see more options for vegan/vegetarians but good general selection.

Good location. Walking distance to Milan central in 20-25 minutes. Or plenty of train/metro stations nearby.

The 24hr wifi is very trouble

I loved this hotel.

Gym was not open, and apparently it’s been closed for a while

The lobby had a very strong floral scent thats overpowering. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasnt the greatest and the water kept going cold and hot while showering. Everything was fairly priced. But the scent of the libby when coming and going was what ruined the stay. It keot giving me a headache as it was really strong.

staff were great especially on reception when checking in. only drawback was a noisy guest in the room above us that was up around 5am pacing the room every morning.

Rooms are extremely small even after upgrades just to crash

Room was great, expected to be smallish but comfortable. The high prices perhaps because of the Olympics made this lose a star.

A busy place but offering good service and with clean rooms. Breakfast was a bit flat (so we didn't bother after the first morning) but overall we were content.
