Here’s a polished review you can use: I recently stayed at Ibis Milano Centro and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great central location, only about a 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around Milan. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. The rooms are small, but they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a city stay.One of the biggest advantages is the availability of shuttle buses to Malpensa Airport for only €10 per person. This made getting to the airport easy and affordable, especially for early flights. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ibis Milano Centro for its excellent location, cleanliness, convenience, and good value for money.

This hotel is in drastic need of refurbishment Reception is very smart and breakfast room is good Rooms were compaqued and had dated facilities. There was no kettle in the room which is unlike other ibis hotels have stayed in. The air con was poor although i do accept there was a heatwave in progress. Gym in the basement was overhyped but good although really hard to find. Staff. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming. Security guards were very happy. Bar staff especially one member in particular were slow and miserable. Had repeat three times my room number to staff member at breakfast and she still got it wrong Decent location. Overall having stayed at Ibis hotels before in UK and Europe and seen how good they can be this one was disappointing. Milan though is a loverly city

Functional. Cost effective choice. Close to tram and metro stations. Had two rooms. Twin was bigger than the double. Beds comfortable and shower just ok. Double room had a foul smell- like very old feet- think coming from the drains. Check in was chaotic- no queue system and guests continually interrupting the staff- they should be told to wait their turn. Was being checked in by one lady she was called to other guests, so we had to wait on another member of staff and had to start again. She was also interrupted multiple times and got phone calls on her mobile- all very strange. For the money - ok but for the smell

La acomodación fue pésima nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación. personal de recepción no todos fueron malos pero si hubo una señorita displicente y grosera. Sin reconocer el error. Que ellos cometieron. Al final hicieron un gesto amable de ubicarnos en un buen lugar y dar un bono de cortesía

Front desk staff-Carlita was so friendly and remembered me from my previous stay. Room was clean and quiet. Shower just adequate. Free TV with many channels was good. Location convenient. Not a fan of the breakfast-very generic.

We had two set of booking one for 2 nights and one for 1 night, the first two nights were terrible as we got a room overlooking the train railway and couldn’t sleep at all, and when mentioned to staff they already knew about the noises during the night!!! That ruined the first part of our trip. The hotel is overall clean, in perfect location and staffs are friendly. The rooms aren’t big but you get what you pay for.
