staff were great especially on reception when checking in. only drawback was a noisy guest in the room above us that was up around 5am pacing the room every morning.

Rooms are extremely small even after upgrades just to crash

Room was great, expected to be smallish but comfortable. The high prices perhaps because of the Olympics made this lose a star.

A busy place but offering good service and with clean rooms. Breakfast was a bit flat (so we didn't bother after the first morning) but overall we were content.

Room was very clean and basic. No extras provided - only soap. Location was great. Staff was always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Hotel has all amenities just needs a little refresh.

It’s an Ibis so it isn’t a 5 star hotel but it’s great value for money, great location and probably one of the nicest Ibis I have stayed in.

We stayed two separate days during the Olympics with two rooms for each stay. On our first stay we were given basic small rooms that cost half the price on the website rather than the rooms we booked on Expedia based on the website pictures. The”second bed was a narrow rollaway with metal bars under the very thin sagging mattress. My 4 yr old grandson accidentally rolled off the unsupported edge and hit his head on the bedside table. After talking to the management they did correct the situation and gave us rooms that matched the website photos. We were extremely appreciative for their responsiveness. Is the lesson to book from Hotel sites versus third parties as the hotel blamed the issue on the third party and not knowing what they show? Or does the hotel take advantage of customers that book through third parties, hoping they will forget what they’ve booked on a trip with multiple stays at various hotels? The second stay was much smoother with excellent rooms which if we received those the first time around would have a 5 star review.

Second time around the stuff was more helpful and the room was quieter

We enjoyed our time at the conveniently-located Ibis Milano Centro. The room was small and in need of a facelift but was certainly adequate, clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that there was no fitness room--it is apparently in disrepair and thus closed. But everyone on the staff was delightful, helpful, and professional. Also, a great breakfast buffet.

The staff was amazing, especially Euri. They couldn't do enough, honestly. It was the manager that I had a problem with. I must have returned to the front desk 15 times, as my key didn't work. It kept demagnetizing. They offered to upgrade my room, I simply didn't have the time to unpack. I requested a night for free, as compensation for all my time lost, and they offered me free breakfast. That didn't quite cut it, as my time in Milan was all about business, I was exhausted and frustrated. As for the hotel itself, clean, had great food, nice atmosphere, but poor care on my behalf in terms of compensating me for all the hassle. They should have -

Highly recommend this place. It was close to Duomo di Milano and other attractions. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Could even drop off the luggage before the check in time.

Great location for central Milan and train stations.
