The hotel is perfect for a couple of nights, walking or transit options nearby, and even some good dinning options around, the hotel itself is like anu other ibis, no-nonsense but efficient, breakfast is quite good, the typical menu to me expected at this level.

The room was tiny , the bathroom was tiny , the carpet was dirty , there was no furniture , everything was as built in,no coffee in room , way overpriced. The staff was nice the common areas were nice , the breakfast was good , the transportation was convenient the area was nice . I would not stay at that hotel again

We are very familiar with Ibis properties and this one missed the mark mainly because it has 2 tiny elevators for the large property. it took over 20 minutes to get out of the building and there was a line of people behind me. One can't really take the stairs with luggage and we were on the 8th floor along with many frustrated people.

Room showing signs of wear and tear but overall it was clean. Shower bathroom has all in one shampoo/body wash bottle. Room doesn’t have water kettle/coffee maker or fridge. Breakfast was ok with pancake machine and self-serve espresso machine. Fresh fruits were whole oranges, apples and pineapples (yes whole uncut). Tram station and grocery store a block away and taxi stand right outside hotel.

This hotel was expensive for the standard of the room. The room was in need of an upgrade and was tired. It was a 20 min walk from the station. There is an inner quad and if you have a room on the inside then you are disturbed by people late into the evening. I had a better room at less than half the price the next night. The staff member on the bar was full of a cold, coughing as she served me my drink and wasnt very friendly.. She seemed to be serving drinks and preparing bar snacks on her own.

The room was extremely small! I have never stayed in the hotel room so small. There was no place to put the luggage except on the bed. The small rack provided wasn’t even big enough for a small carry-on to fit. We had no sheer curtains over the window. It seemed all the other units that we faced did have that.The bathroom was so small that there was not even room on the vanity to place toilet items. The shower floor was slippery. But on the positive side of the staff was extremely helpful.

They don't offer any lunch or dinner option on weekend that was so weird. Other than that it is a great hotel..bus stop is just there. There is no socket to plug in our CPAP machine or charge our phones on the bedside that was a bit challenging for us.

Check in took a long time as they only had 2 staffs working. After a long wait, check in staff just tried to rush thru without proper info. We went to the wrong block of rooms and had to take the luggage and moved to another side of building. There’s an African looking staff stood by the lobby with no help at all. He did not want to answer any questions or help w anything. I wonder what the hotel hired him for. Room is very small but clean. Location is not bad but NOT inside train station liked it advertised. It’s 15 min walk from Milano central station. Taxi is about €10.
