First stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. Location is great and a great value. The room was beautiful. Feels like a very high end boutique hotel. A great choice if you want the luxury but don’t need the grand lobby of some of the bigger luxury hotels. I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk teams were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. In the Casita restaurant at night, Go was a great host. In the morning, the Casita has a nice selection for breakfast.

Location is great! Right in Ginza and short walk to shops, Ginza 6, and Shimbashi Station. The rooms are small (normal size for Tokyo), but comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant on-site, but we did not visit. There aren’t the usual amenities (gym, pool, etc) you might find at other hotels, but we did not find the hotel lacking. In room amenities like toiletries, coffee, tea, etc are provided.
