Everything about this hotel was great including staff and service. Close by to shops and restaurants offering a variety for different types of tourists. The only disconnect was the breakfast…it can feel a little slow especially during the weekends where every guest is arriving at the same time which backlogs the orders with limited staffing. I hope they can change the breakfast to more of a quick buffet style where guests can get their food and be on their way versus the pre-fixed menu. From sit down ordering to getting your food takes a good 20-30 minutes.

This was a very nice stay. The service from the staff was exceptional and have made our experience highly memorable, they also speak good English which was so nice. The bed is a little hard is my only minor criticism. I highly recommend this hotel for its high quality food and the view within the restaurant is amazing.

Very Good hotel but focused on catering local tourist versus international. The staff are not fluent in English and even the TV does not have international news. CNN has someone translating to Japanese and we could not even hear the news in English. Beside that, the employees are very courteous, the hotel is very nice and the location is great.

Staff excellent, friendly. Room clean and nice but limited clothes storage space. Breakfast is a set menu with 3 different choices, very well presented and tasty

Very Good hotel but focused on catering local tourist versus international. The staff are not fluent in English and even the TV does not have international news. CNN has someone translating to Japanese and we could not even hear the news in English. Beside that, the employees are very courteous, the hotel is very nice and the location is great.

This was a very nice stay. The service from the staff was exceptional and have made our experience highly memorable, they also speak good English which was so nice. The bed is a little hard is my only minor criticism. I highly recommend this hotel for its high quality food and the view within the restaurant is amazing.

The location is great, near Shimbashi station and walking distance to all of the shopping in Ginza. The hotel was exceptional, the room was clean, the provided breakfast was delicious and the service staff were absolutely amazing. Special shoutout to our hostess Natsuko who made us feel extra special on our honeymoon. 10/10 experience, highly recommend staying at the Celestine Ginza!!

Convenient location. Nice bathroom. Room is squeezed. My feet always hit the conner of the bed.

Very nice boutique hotel well located in Ginza. Modern, clean but very small rooms. Very attentive staff. The dining room was beautiful with a view; however, we did not dine there, because of there were other nearby dining options.

It was hard to communicate with staff for language reasons. Making a reservation through concierge was a true nightmare unfortunately.
