The room is quite spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere is very conducive. So I can rest while also working whenever I want, as there is a desk and the Wi-Fi is also very reliable.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was simple but varied, the Wi-Fi was fast, the room was clean, and the service was friendly and helpful. Upon check-out at 5 a.m., we were given a breakfast sandwich, a boiled egg, a steamed sponge cake, an orange, and a small bottle of water. Thank you. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Penang.

The hotel is right opposite the Komtar (bus station) and as we were travelling to Ipoh after Penang, it was an extremely convenient location for us. I like the fact that a water dispenser was provided outside the hotel rooms; this was a great sustainable alternative to bottled water, although bottled water was also provided. The hotel staff was also very accommodating in providing us a connecting room for my family and I.

Though I checked in late at 11 PM, the staff was cheerfully waiting for me. I felt very welcome.

Just stayed at Macalisterz 22 and I absolutely loved the room. It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged, making it really easy to relax. Definitely one of the coziest stays I’ve had, 👍highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant stay at One Pacific. The rooms were clean, and all the staff and security were kind and helpful. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to several major hospitals in Penang. Shopping malls and dining options are also nearby. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy next door. There's a restaurant across the street. If I return to Penang, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room is quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lighting is also good. There is a refrigerator inside, so you can store food. Water refills are also available at the reception. The location is really strategic. Close to the bus stop, although you have to walk 5 minutes but it's still okay. Close to various foods, sevel, and pharmacy. The water heater works well. Near the hotel there is a really cute cat cafe. Incidentally, I requested a 3 PM check-out, which was allowed with a charge (I forgot how much RM). You can leave your luggage too. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the concierge was also very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location, right next to Wellings and Gleneagles Hospital, makes it highly recommended for medical check-ups. There's also a bus stop across the street that takes you to downtown Komtar and Persiaran Gurney.

The staff was good, even at peak check-in time (3 pm). I also got the requested preference of the room. Easy to buy drinking water too, as there is a convenience store in the building. I can also wash clothes as there is a washing machine available. Always stay here when I go to Gleneagles Hospital, as it's only next to it. Thank you for the overall good service.

During our stay at Hotel Mei Penang, we had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is strategically located in the Georgetown area, providing easy access to important destinations such as hospitals, dining areas, and shopping centers. The room was clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

Very nice hotel, second time staying here, long stay for each visit (around 10 days each visit), near bus stop (TM Point, Nasi Kandar Pelita Maclister, Wisma MCA). Wisma MCA is also a stop for Penang Free Bus (Penang CAT). For Premier League fans, there is Stadium Astro channel available in the room, so you can watch the game.

We are very happy to stay at this hotel, especially with the toddler. The Deluxe Suite is perfect for our family, especially the complimentary extra bed. Never expected that and we were very happy with that! The front desk staff are very friendly. Room staffs are very helpful and nice. The location is perfect as well for toddlers because in front of the hotel there is a new playground, the Gurney Park. Very recommended for the family to stay in Penang.
