Hotel Ojo de Agua

Very dated. Needs some renovations.

Employees are great! Could use paint everywhere(not talking about outsides that are exposed to salt water). There were scrapes on the doors and bed was broken in the room. Love the hotel though.

There was black mold in the ac unit as well as under the bathroom sink. I woke up sick the very next day. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket. The water was luke warm at best. It was lazily kept.

The place was very nice my biggest complaint was it was a good little distance to get a coffee as there wasn’t any in lobby the beach was beautiful we went there because the seaweed was awful I’m plays in playa de Carmen we liked it so much we’re headed there again today

It was in front of beach. Property is not maintained and the room blankets and towels showed complete wear. They looked dirty with holes and stains.

Parking is on the side street. Staff is very thorough in their information.

Nice room and restaurant. We made an appointment for beach chairs at the beach club for 12:30 and you gave our chairs away at 12:00 and turned us away. Your computers were down and you couldn't see the reservations. We will not be back.

Moldy. Bathroom water smelled. Furniture was dilapidated.

Very glad they had refrigerators in the room. It could use more comfortable patio chairs.

My recent stay at Hotel Ojo de Agua was an absolutely delightful experience that exceeded expectations. The location is perfect-right in the heart of Puerto Morelos, offering easy walking access to the beach, local shops, the town square, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. The area felt safe and vibrant, filled with culture, friendly locals, and plenty of options for entertainment. One of the highlights was the live music in the evenings at a nearby local restaurant just steps away from the hotel. It added a beautiful touch to the atmosphere and created such a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near the Malecón the famous tilted lighthouse, which made for great evening walks and photos. Whether you're traveling solo, with family, or as a couple, l'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and explore the charm of Puerto Morelos. I'll definitely be coming back in the future —this place has earned a special spot in my heart.🌴✨

The whole travel experience was great, from weather to the Beach, Restaurants etc,

The property was clean , and next to the ocean. Very quiet! And within walking distance of everything you need. The workers that I spoke to ended up being super helpful at the hotel and the restaurant. The only issues I had was they only had sheets on the bed no comforter, but no biggie next time I know to bring one, and the remote and TV didn't seem to work but that could of just been a battery issue 😊. I would recommend this property, with or without kids.

El hotel no se parece a las fotos pero está en una playa hermosa y es muy barato.

First of all I didn’t stay there I immediately left out the room and went to the front desk and told them that that place is unsafe and I don’t want to stay there. I’m still waiting on my money to get put back on my card. They had roaches in the room and hardly nobody staying on the property.
