Clean room Great helpful staff Very close to the beach and food vendors on streets

Room was clean but first room had the sliding glass door to go outside did not work. The safe did not work. We got moved and everything was fine except this room the shower leaked all over the bathroom. Other than that the staff is wonderful, nice and accommodating. The beach is beautiful and just steps away so makes up for the room. I heard this part of the hotel is going to be ripped down and added to the newer part beside it.

I got the room I wanted, door had obviously been kicked in before and was badly repaired, showerhead only provided a dribble down the wall staff did try to remedy but I gave up and made due, breakfast was available next door but not until 10:30 am and only on random days, the pool was drained on my 3rd day , staff was great, manager looked at me like I was a criminal and sternly told me rules like I was an irresponsible teen, I'm 67, that said it was a nice quiet stay with a beautiful beach, I got what I paid for

Room was spacious clean and staff courteous and helpful. The only thing was we didn’t have an outlet that worked in bathroom. But who needs dried hair when at the beach. I highly recommend!!!

La verdad nada de lo que dicen que tienen, los cuartos súper feos las camas ni se diga con alambres salidos. El baño nunca salió agua caliente el agua es salada, el personal de la entrada terrible, parece que su club de playa está literalmente afuera de el hotel y no es así. Pésimas condiciones no lo recomiendo

The building is showing some age, the staff very service oriented, the breakfast is great, direct beach access with bay watching. Good food options around there.

Habitaciones sencillas pero limpias , tiene un pequeño refri el agua sale a temperatura ambiente que nunca es frío , lo genial es que está a la orilla de la playa , si hay sargazo pero limpian en las mañanas

El hotel es algo antiguo , los precios muy accesibles , frente al mar , el servicio muy cálido.

It was the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, and the rooms were perfect. We could walk right to the beach from our room, and the restaurants were great overall. I would highly recommend this place for people looking for a peaceful getaway right on the beach, without the huge crowds in the hotel zone of Cancun.

Location is amazing

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. One of the biggest issues was the lack of hot or even warm water. Every time we tried to shower or use the sink, the water was cold, and to make matters worse, there were moments when brown water came out of the tap. When we brought this up to staff, we were simply told “that’s how it is,” with no effort made to resolve the problem or offer any solution. We had booked a king bed suite but were given a room with only a double bed, which was not what we paid for or expected. The condition of the room overall was poor. The fridge was broken, with only part of it functioning, making it difficult to store any food or drinks. The closet door was loose and hanging, clearly not maintained, and the sliding door to the deck was extremely difficult to open—it would get stuck halfway and required excessive force to move. Overall, the property feels neglected and poorly managed. Between the basic amenities not working, the incorrect room, and the lack of response from staff, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Basic room but clean and comfortable bed. Plenty of clean towels daily. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely and not crowded. Good beach access. Great licatikn, quiet yet clise to everything.

Beachfront, rooms are outdated, too old. Must take the ally to find Hotel. Parking not close to hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is located in a nice location but is good just to sleep and go nothing fancy. The restaurant next door it’s nice and the food is affordable. The waitress was very nice and attentive specially Italia was always so nice. In general this hotel needs a lot of updates specially the bathrooms.

The place was filthy , the bathroom had broken doors, there’s was a huge stain on the quirky, we left after 10 minutes, I need to know how I can be reimbursed for this nightmare if a stay

Well located, good.service but Shower not very efficient Fridge Freezing Patio door verynhard to open HUMIDITY in the room!!! To much!! No miroir!!! Only 1 tinny one in washroom To expensive for the quality Hostel is much better environment and price

Very Good location . But service and hotel is not good .Tv was not working closet has no hangers mattress was so uncomfortable . Hotel has no king size bed . Over all is bad experience

Great location, amazing staff . The property is ver outdated where our fridge had no shelves on the door and inside , covered in rust on the outside , shower head had about 5 sprays and was green from scale , tv didn’t work but another was replaced from another room which was common , we had no outside table so that was taken from another room for us , bed was clean and freshly made everyday , same for towels , only 2 hairdryers for 20 rooms . Some sunbeds were broke and cushions were damaged on the beach , a charge for umbrellas . No outside loungers for the pool except two big beds . The location was the main key for our-stay as it was close to everything . .

I mean. I picked it because it was cheap. The AC worked and I slept well. It was quiet. It’s a little run down and the floor of my room was quite dirty. Puerto Morales is kind of cool.
