No frills stay, easy access to the beach

I love the staff at Hotel Ojo De Agua, they are wonderful

We had a wonderful time again. Our room was not ready but he gave us another room right beside the pool bottom floor. It was great. Loved sitting on their beautiful beach every day. Room was cleaned every day and AC was nice and cold. The fridge kept our beer nice and cold too. Will be back next season or maybe again sooner. Thank you

The staff are so very welcoming. I feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrive.

This is an outdated place, some things are deteriorated, towels with holes, rusty showerhead, the TV screen had a line in the middle. The water tasted horrible. It looks much better in the pictures

was no hot WATER, WE HAVE TO MOVE TO OTHER ROOM, OTHER THAN THAT WAS OK.

There was no hot water in our room for the entire 6 days that we stayed there. Twice guests next door kept us up all night by either partying on the balconey at 3 am or smoking all night. The patio doors didn't seal properly so the neighbour's cigarrette smoke filled our room.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, don't expect hot water, luke warm at best. Right on the beach, accomodating staff and a nice restaurant

I booked a King Room with a sea view. The bed was not king size. It was maybe a queen in a double frame. That was fine. But the bed frame was only 6” off the floor and the window to see the ocean were barstool height. Higher up than normal windows. Then the next morning I attempted to take a shower. There was zero hot water. So I washed the needed parts and skipped the rest. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work either. That was the last straw. I went down to the reception desk. I told the lady my issues and she said yes, they knew they had been working on it. I could get a new room to shower in. OMG! They knew and still put me in that room without telling me in advance. I would have the refused the ocean view that I couldn’t see anyway for hot water to shower and wash my hair. So frustrating!

Property needs some care however it’s proximity to the beach and staff safe the day for this hotel!

This wasnt a very nice experience. It does have does rooms they show, but they also have an old not that nice building not facing to the beach, that is below average. water pump was noice almost all day long, and theres many other things they could fix easy to get better acomodations. I booked just to relax 3 days, but it was dificult. Now, it was cheap, but not as cheap for the relation money: quality. The location is amazin, everything is on a walking distance, thou.

El hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas. Es un hotel modesto y pequeño. Nunca habia tenido una habitacion tan cerca del mar, literalmente como 50 metros. Su restaurante es muy rico.

Room was in need or repair and decorating, all very worn. Staff were excellent and aircon was good, very safe

Got there first room not good, they put us in another room air conditioning broke, 3 rd room was the best. Staff was nice, overall ok

La regadera funciona un 10%

Esta bien ubicado hay restaurantes ricos cerca y el centro esta muy cerca y seguro para caminar lo que no me gusto es que está muy antiguo le falta una remodelada y la alberca no esta bonita
