Really great hotel. Although in a popular tourist area I was there mid week for business and it was a calm safe area on the street itself not loud at all. But what really makes it a great hotel is the staff and the attention to detail. There is always coffee available and bar drinks even after the bar closes. They will bring them to your room on request. Although I didn't use this service myself it was a good extra touch.

The staff at the Luxor was amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The location is definitely a plus. Puts you right in the middle of the happening place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Luxor.

The room wasn't vacuumed either day. We were there and also, the desk was never clean. There was crumbs on it when we got there and there was crumbs on it when we left And they're all over the floor too. The room was very noisy and we had trouble sleeping.Because people were in the halls, talking and coming in at one o'clock in the morning

Had to walk 5 min to hail a taxi on Main Street. No conditioner in shower. Very central to Central Station.

We had a great stay- the guy on reception was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The area is busier than we would normally like, but our night was very quiet and comfortable. It would be a great place to spend longer if you like night life.
