Rooms can use a bit of updating, but all were very clean. Hotel is perfectly located for tourists. Hotel staff were fantastic. They were always friendly and helpful and honestly made the stay there above expectations.

The staff were very nice but the room needs a major overhaul. Dim lighting, stains in the carpet, mold in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants nearby but it was very noisy late into the night.

Great area, wonderful staff, good coffee machine. Rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Threadbare and stained carpeting throughout the hotel. Moulding on doors and baseboards filthy, need to be repainted. Bathrooms were ok, but not spotless. Beds were comfortable but would not stay there again. Would have expected to pay a lot less for that quality. Pictures on Expedia misrepresented the rooms.

The staff are most friendly that I ever experienced till now. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The internet speed is good. There is complimentary coffee and cookies. You should definitely try those cookies.

Fairly priced no frills “boutique” hotel located in the heart of Centraal Amsterdam. Great staff, early check in, clean. As advertised. 4 min walk to the train station, surrounded by shops, nightlife, and any type of food you could want. 15 min walk to Ann Frank Huis, 5 min walk to the red light district. Coffee, snacks, lounge, and bar on the ground floor. Perfect for solo travelers or couples that don’t need 5 star accommodations at a fraction of the cost of other surrounding properties. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.

La estancia estuvo muy buena, el personal también. Solo tengo una observación, al hacer mi reserva en la app decía que no se cargaría nada de mi tarjeta, proporcioné los datos en esta misma app para la reserva y se me cargaron $4747.89 pesos mexicanos, me mostraron su sistema en el hotel y si estaban cargados, al hacer la aclaración la cancelaron de la cuenta pero en mi banco igual sigue apareciendo el cargo, me informan en mi banco que se tiene que esperar de 15-30 días para el reembolso.
