卢瑟尔酒店

類似家庭式的經營，每次入酒店都需要職員開門，沒有大堂，大堂就是地下的酒吧，很多時都會見到與職員相熟的客人在此聊天消磨時間。 酒店由住宅改建，樓層布局有點叫曲折。房間看似與一般酒店無異，但基本如插頭都缺乏。浴室提供的沐浴露是可以洗頭和洗身兩用，明顯是很廉價的。床褥亦有傾側的問題，瞓起來不舒服。

Súper cómodo, tiene ascensor, limpio, súper amables todos, solo le falta renovar la tela de los muebles porque están gastados. Pero en verdad súper bueno, tiene todo cerca. Nos encantó

Excellent location. Not noisy at night. Comfortable room

We had a £650 games console taken from the room. Staff were sympathetic but would not admit it was anything to do with them. We had to spend last day in police station filing a report. Very much doubt we will ever see it again. All I can say the Steam deck did not grow legs and walk out of our room. Pinning hopes on the travel insurance covering it. Honestly an incident like this has put me off ever visitong this part of the city again and if you do decide to stay at the Luxer. BEWARE. Leave nothing of value in your luggage.

En recepción fueron muy amables todo el tiempo, me gustó que estaba ubicado cerca de muchos lugares donde comer y visitar. Era fácil moverse porque está cerca de la gran Central de trenes. La habitación era cómoda, lo único que no me gustó fue que se percibía el aroma a tabaco y que por estar cerca de la calle el ruido aveces era constante. Pero sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Day attendant so lovely let us check in early and out late. Very accommodating. Kept bags safe the day we left. The night attendant not very nice and actually grumpy. The room was clean, but ground floor that was facing walkway with so much noise. Bed comfortable could have used some more pillows.

Girişten itibaren çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. 7:24 kahve ve ikram köşesi vardı. Odalar temiz ve şirindi. Çıkarken hazırladıkları hediye paketleri bizi çok mutlu etti. Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Tekrar Amsterdam 'a gelecek olsam yine bu otelde kalırdım. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz 🌸

Excelente ubicación si llegas en tren, muy cerca de restaurantes y lugares de interés, muy cómodo y muy buena atención, lo recomiendo

A lot of noice from the AC outside the window. Very cold in the bathroom. Nice and helpful staff in the reception.

Front desk staff not friendly and room was clean and maintained but definitely showing it’s age

O quarto era muito bom, apenas não gosto quando há carpete, pois fica manchado e passa certa impressão de sujeira. De todo modo, o local é muito bem localizado, facilitando a locomoção a pé pela região, bem como é muito próximo da estação central, facilitando a chegada e partida em trem e ônibus. Também gostaria de destacar a extrema gentileza da equipe de funcionários, a qual, além de simpática, também me auxiliou com muita prestatividade e cuidado com um pequeno problema que tive. Recomendo demais.

Very dirty and old. It stinks. Could not wait sunrise to run away. They say buffet breakfast. It is only coffee and croissant. Nothing else. Oh there are teabags too if you select to have tea instead of coffee.

I have stayed at The Luxer hotel several times and it has always been pleasant. My last visit from jan 20th to 23rd jan 2026 was a different experience. The room was cold and damp. Situated downstairs alongside a much used alleywith businesses and homeless people. The noise was constant and all night! There was no handle on the toilet/shower door so unable to shut for fear of being locked in the toilet. Whe l reported such to reception, l was advised to take my telephone into the toilet with me!! Unexeptable. I was treated ( surprisingly) poorly. As a result of a cold damp bed and room upon arrival, l have ended up being admitted to hospital with pneumonia!. Im not sure l would want to return or that l could recommend this hotel. It has gone downhill!! Very dissappointed and if l could prove the pneumonia was as a direct cause of this experience, l would be suing!
