Really great hotel. Although in a popular tourist area I was there mid week for business and it was a calm safe area on the street itself not loud at all. But what really makes it a great hotel is the staff and the attention to detail. There is always coffee available and bar drinks even after the bar closes. They will bring them to your room on request. Although I didn't use this service myself it was a good extra touch.

類似家庭式的經營，每次入酒店都需要職員開門，沒有大堂，大堂就是地下的酒吧，很多時都會見到與職員相熟的客人在此聊天消磨時間。
酒店由住宅改建，樓層布局有點叫曲折。房間看似與一般酒店無異，但基本如插頭都缺乏。浴室提供的沐浴露是可以洗頭和洗身兩用，明顯是很廉價的。床褥亦有傾側的問題，瞓起來不舒服。

The room wasn't vacuumed either day. We were there and also, the desk was never clean. There was crumbs on it when we got there and there was crumbs on it when we left
And they're all over the floor too. The room was very noisy and we had trouble sleeping.Because people were in the halls, talking and coming in at one o'clock in the morning

Sentralt og bra hotell, 5 min å gå fra sentralen og i enden av Warmoestraat finner du dette hotellet. Området er så sentralt som det bare kan bli.
Rommene er små, men arealnyttig og god plass til både solo og par og der var god ventilasjon på rommene. Kunne kanskje anbefalt å male veggene på nytt, ellers rent og pent og du har alt du trenger. Døgnåpen resepsjon og bar med svært hyggelige ansatte. Absolutt et bra hotell for solo og par!

The staff was very welcoming and helping. Stored our luggage until our room was available. It’s little older unit but most are unless you want to stay at a fancy one with a high price. It is 7 minutes from the train station and about 12 minutes from the boat docks. Plenty of restaurants. Anne Frank house is 20 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again if we go to Amsterdam.

Close proximity was excellent. Staff very helpful. Coffee area fantastic with treats!!! Extra pillows and cups a blanket reading lamps would have been appreciated.

This was such an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect to the station and for getting around. The staff were spectacular!! So friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this hotel 💖

Kort vei å gå fra jernbanestasjonen. Ligger i gate uten biltrafikk. God air condition selv med utetemperatur på 29 grader. Hjelpsomme i resepsjonen. Ikke frokost på hotellet, men samarbeider med liten kafe like ved. Gratis kaffe/te ved resepsjonen.

The room was probably clean, but there were stains everywhere on the carpet which gave an icky feeling.
The lighting in the common areas and in the room is dim.
Accessibility is a problem.There are narrow stairs in the lobby going down to the elevator with no ramp.
The entrance is uninviting, directly on a dirty street. One is immediately hit with the smell of marijuana when stepping out.
On the last two days of my stay, the elevator was broken. My room was on the 4th floor (what they call the 3rd) and I had to use the stairs. No compensation was offered for that major inconvenience.
There is no sign on stair doors for fire escape.
Would I stay there again? HAHAHAHA.
