The hotel is very closed to the central station and red street so that we could take a rest very comfortable. The hotel manager were very polite and kind. And the hotel breakfast were simple. When we checked out, the manager gave us the little gifts like a snacks and drinks etc. Rooms are clean and very reasonable. I recommend to stay in this hotel when you want to look around red street.

암스테르담 역에서 가까운편. 중간중간 관광하다가 짐두러 방문할정도로 가까움. 호텔조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만 직원분이 친절하셨음. 주변에 식당도많고 좋아요

This was such an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect to the station and for getting around. The staff were spectacular!! So friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this hotel 💖

Kort vei å gå fra jernbanestasjonen. Ligger i gate uten biltrafikk. God air condition selv med utetemperatur på 29 grader. Hjelpsomme i resepsjonen. Ikke frokost på hotellet, men samarbeider med liten kafe like ved. Gratis kaffe/te ved resepsjonen.

The TV was the only downside. I think they should upgrade their package. Signal errors and lack of English channels were a disappointment

Staff was amazing very helpful

Had to walk 5 min to hail a taxi on Main Street. No conditioner in shower. Very central to Central Station.

As hotel was located on Pedestrian Street, had difficulty in carrying our luggage. Not mentioned on website. Not value for money

The room was probably clean, but there were stains everywhere on the carpet which gave an icky feeling. The lighting in the common areas and in the room is dim. Accessibility is a problem.There are narrow stairs in the lobby going down to the elevator with no ramp. The entrance is uninviting, directly on a dirty street. One is immediately hit with the smell of marijuana when stepping out. On the last two days of my stay, the elevator was broken. My room was on the 4th floor (what they call the 3rd) and I had to use the stairs. No compensation was offered for that major inconvenience. There is no sign on stair doors for fire escape. Would I stay there again? HAHAHAHA.

The coffee and snack station was very appreciated and the bar was nice and trendy.

Hotel vicino alla stazione ed a tutte le attrazioni della città . Molto pulito , le stanze sono piccole ma hanno aria condizionata . Il personale è stato molto gentile avevamo un problema in stanza a prontamente ci è stata cambiata. Caffè e beve se calde sempre disponibili. Si trova su una via con negozi e supermercati molto trafficata ma la notte non si sente nessun rumore

Stayed here between May 6 and May 12. Hotel was excellent. In an excellent location close to everything - Centraal Station, Damrak, etc. The staff were all so nice. Loved the little touches - complementary croissants or cake with coffee in the morning, candy available, and when we left early in the morning they gave us a care package with juice, cookies, chocolate and chips for the plane home. Hotel does need a refresh of carpet in the rooms and hallways but didn’t bother us. Loved the stay here and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Amsterdam!

We had a great stay- the guy on reception was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The area is busier than we would normally like, but our night was very quiet and comfortable. It would be a great place to spend longer if you like night life.

The best location you can get for the city center....

Nabil and all the staff were amazing. They took excellent care of us. They gave us great advice on local site, pubs, and restaurants. Also great company at the hotel bar for a couple of nights caps!
