The staff are most friendly that I ever experienced till now. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The internet speed is good. There is complimentary coffee and cookies. You should definitely try those cookies.

Fairly priced no frills “boutique” hotel located in the heart of Centraal Amsterdam. Great staff, early check in, clean. As advertised. 4 min walk to the train station, surrounded by shops, nightlife, and any type of food you could want. 15 min walk to Ann Frank Huis, 5 min walk to the red light district. Coffee, snacks, lounge, and bar on the ground floor. Perfect for solo travelers or couples that don’t need 5 star accommodations at a fraction of the cost of other surrounding properties. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.

Great location - only minutes walk from the train station and nearby tourist attractions. Nice air conditioning and very quiet considering we were there during Pride festival and in a busy area. Enjoyed the cookies and tea but were not able to enjoy the breakfast as the guest prior to us cleared it all out. Very friendly staff, stored our luggage for us while we walked around and placed the luggage in our room so it was already there when returned. Thank you for the extra touch. only cons: no hair dryer in room, and design of shower meant leaks on the bathroom floor - trivial issues. I would stay there again.

Convenient to all the main attractions, within walking distance. Bathroom was not very clean. Mouldy in places and the carpet was old and worn looked dirty
