The reception and restaurant staff were great, very helpful. Room was clean and well equipped except for it being heated by a potable electric radiator which wasn’t ideal. We hoped to use the leisure facilities but were informed that they were at capacity and there was a queue of people waiting outside. The pool seemed to be full of young children even at 7pm. It would be good if there could be an hour or so for adults only to use the pool either early morning or later in the evening. Disappointed they we didn’t get to use the pool at all.

Room was fantastic with very comfortable beds and ample room to relax.
All facilities were clean and my granddaughter ensured we made good use of the swimming pool while we were there.
Ample breakfast at a very reasonable price.
Staff were super helpful and we look forward to having another stay there soon.

There was a damp smell with the room, the rooms air-conditioning wasn't working, showing a spanner and lights flashing. Room was cold reported this to reception was told there were a number of rooms reporting this and that the system needs updated. Reception told us they would get a heater to our room nearly an hour later staff came to door with extra duvet to keep warm as they had ran out of heaters. Very poor for the cost, was suppose to be a nice relaxing time away but couldn't wait to get home.

The leisure amenities were nothing short of shocking. I have never experienced changing facilities as bad as this not even in public swimming pools. There were no individual cubicles for privacy but the worst part was there was not a dry spot anywhere to change. The floor was a huge puddle of water making changing into dry clothes extremely difficult. I would not return as the pool was the main reason for booking this hotel. It ruined the experience for myself and my mother who was appalled by it.

I have stayed here many times in executive rooms . Have ordered breakfast to the room also had a late night hot chocolate delivered . This time they required a service charge for these things to be delivered honestly it’s not worth the money . Room was frozen I tried calling to receptionist they said they would fix it never happened. Also my quilt was so thin it was like a sheet of paper that should be warm and cosy not good enough
The rooms were very clean cannot fault this . But if I pay extra for an executive room I expect more .
