Reception staff were really friendly and very helpful and you get a warm welcome cookie too which is a nice touch. The hotel is modern and very clean and the pool area is small but has everything you need like a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The room I booked was premium and very spacious and the food and drinks in the bar were delicious. I’d recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Glasgow as it’s also in the city centre and easy to get to everything.

the bathroom roof was covered in black mold, the room itself was just about bareable with the bathroom door closed. In the bathroom itself it was overwhelming. If I'd had the time I would have insisted on a room change.

very good stay

The room was very nice. However, check in was very slow, not enough reception staff. Bar service was very slow late evening, apparently not enough staff. As for the queue for breakfast, it was shocking, at least 30 people in front of us, then a shortage of hot food when required!

Room was fab and staff helpful, last orders in the bar was midnight , I was under the impression if you were a resident you could drink after this but not so 😩

Hotel has a lovely impressive reception area, check in person was very nice. Welcome cookies were a nice touch. Our room was clean, modern and smelled really nice. Breakfast was extremely good. Everything you could possibly want for breakfast was on offer with no long waits for table or food. Downside for us was the leisure facilities. Pool was nice but the changing area was a real let down. Quite dirty and the showers were not working properly. Floor was also soaking wet. I get that it from the pool but could really do with someone coming into clear it regularly as not great when trying to get ready. Changing rooms could do with a good clean and upgrade. We ended up just drying off quickly and getting showered in our room.

Executive lounge had no food & drink, when we went in, We had to ask for all this. Shower drainage was blocked & flooded every time we had a shower, reported this several times to reception.

Very happy with hotel & staff very friendly.

The reception and restaurant staff were great, very helpful. Room was clean and well equipped except for it being heated by a potable electric radiator which wasn’t ideal. We hoped to use the leisure facilities but were informed that they were at capacity and there was a queue of people waiting outside. The pool seemed to be full of young children even at 7pm. It would be good if there could be an hour or so for adults only to use the pool either early morning or later in the evening. Disappointed they we didn’t get to use the pool at all.

Room was spotless, had everything we needed and beds were very comfy. Staff were lovely!

Hotels is excellent, clean, safe and in the city about 2 minutes walk shops

Room was fantastic with very comfortable beds and ample room to relax. All facilities were clean and my granddaughter ensured we made good use of the swimming pool while we were there. Ample breakfast at a very reasonable price. Staff were super helpful and we look forward to having another stay there soon.
