Excellent hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and very good choice. I always stay here when visiting Glasgow. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi was the hottest one I’ve been in. There was also live music in the bar. Car parking is located underneath the hotel, lift takes you straight up to reception £18 for 24 hours. Thanks again Hilton for the wonderful stay.

Overall we had a lovely time, the ambiance of the hotel was great and the proximity to amenities was excellent

Great hotel most staff very helpful

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel. Very clean The only problem I felt was that the swimming pool area is quite tired and needs updated but I still enjoyed it. The pool is clean and very warm!

Very nice hotel. But does not provide washcloths, tissue boxes and the hairdryer didn’t work but did not know that until the morning we left at 3:00am to catch an early flight.

The room was not well maintained at all. We found bed bugs in the bed and a dead worm in the bedding. For the disgusting incident, the hotel removed the one room service charge on the bill. I can guarantee that I will never stay at this Hilton Doubletree again

Tom behind the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Leah in the spa/swimming dept was also brilliant as I lost my pearl earring and thought it was in that area, and she searched the whole place for us and then was so happy to hear that we'd found it in our room before we left. So very kind and genuine. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast the next day was also brilliant.

Close to shops. Staff dont tell you where things are after they ask have you been here before and you say no. Cold shower in room 515

Gym very outdated and small. Pool needed lot of tiles replacing and sauna was dirty.

The stay was great! Room was big and clean and staff were super helpful and kind! Particularly Alice at the front desk she was great!

Clean room and friendly staff. The only issue was we were not informed that there was some maintenance/building work happening on what sounded like the floor above us (we were on the 7th). It wasn’t a problem but would have been nice to know in advance.

Noisy in the morning with workmen banging and drilling next door of up above my room
