The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Access to the pool was convenient. The balcony area was nice to chill at during night time. There was also an NTUC supermarket, which makes it easier to get snacks and drinks. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return as it was perfect for 5 of us. Thank you OCC.

The staff, Mr. Mao, was very cooperative as we checked in late at night, and our room was upgraded. There's a halal restaurant right next to the hotel, a clean swimming pool, and clean rooms with city views.

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! Very near to Mount E Orchard and Paragon, just a 5-minute walk. The room is spacious and clean. There is also a water kettle dispenser, very convenient.

This was my third time staying at Royal Plaza on Scotts, and I would definitely consider coming back again. One of the main reasons I keep choosing this hotel is the value for money. Hotels around Orchard can get quite expensive, but Royal Plaza on Scotts usually offers competitive rates for the area. The location is also hard to beat. It's within walking distance of Orchard Road, shopping malls, restaurants, and the MRT, so getting around Singapore is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the room size. For the price I paid, the room felt spacious, which is becoming quite rare in Singapore these days. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay as well. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. I noticed some minor stains on the faucet in the bathroom, but it wasn't anything major or enough to affect my overall experience.

We had a 3-night stay and it was a pleasure. The room is spacious for 2 people, and each of us still had our own personal space. There are basic amenities in the room. The location is good, near a convenience store, restaurants, souvenir shops, and about an 8-minute walk from Bugis MRT station.

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

Serangoon Station (Purple Line, Yellow Line) which is good overall is ok. Good service staff There are 7-11 restaurants in Singapore. Malay Food Court Exit the train station to Exit D, walk straight about 600 meters.

Conveniently located at the corner of Irrawaddy and Balestier Roads, opposite Zhongshan Mall with supermarkets and eateries. It's also about a 7-minute walk to Novena MRT station. The reception was friendly and helpful, particularly Shila, who gave helpful advice on the best time to book the hotel and enrolled as an Accor member to enjoy the best rates. The room was clean and well-equipped with premium water-filter disposable slippers. A special shout-out to Lulu, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure my room was thoroughly cleaned every day and toiletries were topped up daily. This hotel is reasonably priced with a high level of comfort, convenience, and service. I will definitely come back again. She welcomed me warmly, remembered me from before, and made me feel valued, not just as a guest, but as a person. Her kindness and sincerity are something you don’t easily find. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared—everything felt just right. I would also like to thank Radja, the bellboy, who was always helpful and ready to assist with a smile. His positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Because of Alice and Radja, Hotel Royal feels like a second home. I will definitely come back again.

Just got back from a Singapore trip and honestly didn’t expect much from the hotel… but it turned out soo good ✨ We were just looking for something affordable for 4 people, and ended up getting a room with 4 single beds which was super comfy btw! The room isn’t that big, but still spacious enough, clean, and really cozy after a long day out. Service was great too, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to MRT and bus stops, so getting around was super easy. Also near malls and Mustafa Centre, so finding food or souvenirs was no struggle at all. Overall, really happy with this stay. Highly recommend if you’re going to Singapore and looking for a budget-friendly but comfy place!

This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

Nice hotel and clean. I always stay here when I come to Singapore, all the staff are helpful and friendly, especially the front office staff. Near to Mt E hospital and just a walk to Orchard city center. Very recommended hotel. Will be back to stay again.
