I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is modern, comfortable, and located in a great area with plenty of shops and shopping malls nearby. However, it is quite far from the main tourist attractions, such as Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, which are about a 25-minute drive away. I only stayed for one night. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the lighting was a bit too dim for my preference. I also wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout, as the shower area is separate from the main bathroom. That said, these are simply personal preferences and did not take away from my overall positive experience. I would still recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean. The surrounding areas were not as clean. The patio next to the gym was dirty. Breakfast was great! There is a lot of meandering people in the front in the early morning or late at night because of the nightclub in front of the hotel. Check-in lines are looong waits, and trying to talk to someone on the phone was very challenging. I was on hold for 30 minutes at least at 2 different times and was unable to connect with someone. I would say it was an overall 3 out of 5 for service.

Found that when I went to the bar I had to prompt staff to serve me. Better than my last visit but lift went out of use on Saturday. Swimming pool was great. Staff overall were good. Will be back but not my favourite just now.
