Desayuno excelente y habitaciones en buen estado

Brilliant hotel! Location is great with only a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station which is needed to get to the historical centre of Madrid. Taxi from the hotel to the centre is around €12 and takes around 15mins. The hotel was superb, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and the hotel staff were very nice. The roof top pool and bar looks fantastic. The hotel also has a transfer room to shower and change after checkout, which was ideal having a late flight home

Hemos estado muy bien, cogí una habitación doble con descuento. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tenía armario cerrado. Para ser un hotel de su categoría, se parecía la habitación a la de los hoteles IBIS. Por lo demás, personal muy agradable, sobre todo quien te acoge en el hall y te guarda las maletas. Le gusta su trabajo y lo disfruta con el cliente. Añadir,que si no quieres desayuno buffet, el bar que tiene en la enorme entrada principal, es genial, para desayuno, almuerzo cena. Los servicios y el hotel, muy bien. Repetiré.

Hotel con encanto. Lástima que el precio es bastante elevado. Personal muy amable.

Excelente hotel, próximo a estação de metrô, próximo ao estádio do Real Madrid, próximo a restaurantes e comércio.

Das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Betten angenehm und nicht zu weich, bzw. keine „Durchgegangenen“ Matratzen. Servicepersonal beim Frühstück freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage auch sehr gut, an einer Einkaufsstraße, ca. 10-15 Gehminuten zur nächsten U-Bahn und ca. 5 min. zum Bus Der Pool am Dach sehr sauber, ein paar mehr Liegen wären ideal, man bekam oft keine mehr. Getränke beim Pool sehr teuer! Ein sehr hübsches, modernes Hotel, komme sehr gerne wieder!

Tyvärr av någon konstig anledning är poolen öppen till bara 19:00 då man typ ”orkar” ligga i solen och press.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is modern, comfortable, and located in a great area with plenty of shops and shopping malls nearby. However, it is quite far from the main tourist attractions, such as Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, which are about a 25-minute drive away. I only stayed for one night. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the lighting was a bit too dim for my preference. I also wasn’t a fan of the bathroom layout, as the shower area is separate from the main bathroom. That said, these are simply personal preferences and did not take away from my overall positive experience. I would still recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean. The surrounding areas were not as clean. The patio next to the gym was dirty. Breakfast was great! There is a lot of meandering people in the front in the early morning or late at night because of the nightclub in front of the hotel. Check-in lines are looong waits, and trying to talk to someone on the phone was very challenging. I was on hold for 30 minutes at least at 2 different times and was unable to connect with someone. I would say it was an overall 3 out of 5 for service.

Front desk staff do not know how to manage check ins and often was an extensive long wait to check in and the rooms broken air conditioning and refrigerater not working. Was switched to a different room which all did work but there many complaints about the same issues. Convenient location. Can walk everywhere easily. Good breakfast.

Excellent location, very convenient for shopping and really close to Bernabéu stadium . Restaurant and bar are a plus .

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien y muy limpias. Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Sylvia and Sebastian were so helpful honestly they helped with directions and any questions we had We had an amazing stay here I highly recommend this hotel to others

The air conditioning didn’t work, light on the room didn’t turn off and elevators took over 10 minutes to arrive. Definitely want my money back

Todo muy bien buena atención el lugar muy limpio

Hotel muy bien situado, nuevo, moderno y limpio. Personal atento y muy amable. La terraza con piscina un 10 y el desayuno variado y muy bueno. La unica pega fue que tuvimos que esperar mucho para el check-in, puede que fuera algo puntual.

Eu daria 5 estrelas se não fosse pela longa fila no checkin . Apesar dos funcionários serem muito prestativos, havia somente duas pessoas para atender um número muito grande de hóspedes.

Le service déplorable ! À minuit impossible d’avoir un Room service était disponible une salade César et une pizza ! Temps d’attente une heure ! Match de la coupe du monde retransmise bar fermé à minuit et la TV qui s’éteint avant la fin du match et un vigile qui nous demande de quitter les lieux !
