Very well located fancy modern hotel, super comfortable room with very convenient amenities and huge bathroom / shower area. The hotel gym was efficiently equipped with new quality stuff and enough space. Breakfast choice was basic for the price but very good quality. This was the most terrible experience ever. The night we arrived TV has no picture only the sound. After notifying the reception I was promised they will come to fix it, which they never did. Next day I complained again. No action whatsoever. During checkout they said they had received no report on the complaint. The way how they handled the whole issue is unbelievable. In addition there is a construction ongoing and was never mentioned in the communication with the hotel.
