Convenient to travel, next to BTS station. The reception staff is very nice. There is a Welcome back game to play with a cute bag as a prize for customers who have stayed before. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable.

All is good. I want to highlight the great laundry services, which they did ahead of time with excellent quality. One of the greatest points is when the laundry takes care of details such as replacing missing buttons. It is the result of detail and high-quality control. Very zen boutique hotel in the middle of the city. Nearby a busy intersection, between 2 BTS lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is so calming, you'd forget that you are in a metropolitan city that is Bangkok. Many food stalls and malls within walking distance.

I love this hotel. It's very nearby from many tourist places such as a mall or restaurant. There's a Lawson in the hotel, so we can easily buy anything, including souvenirs there. There's also a Seven Eleven next to it. The hotel lobby was very nice. I guess it has just been renovated. I came in October, and there's a Halloween decor which is super cute ❤️ The room is very spacious and clean. There's a bathtub. Worth the price! All of the staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is very close to public transportation, the rooms are very clean. If I go to Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at the Mercure again. And it is very suitable if you invite children to vacation at this hotel. Very nice hotel.
