I arrived at the hotel is about 11:30 am I would like to check in at 13h because I run from Dalat to Can Tho by motorbike more than 500km is quite tired. But the hotel still reported no clean room. Ok, so I'll wait for it. But some people who came after me were allowed to check in. And last Saturday my brother arrived at 11:45 am still check in directly with the hotel. I do service I understand that the hotel priority hotel guests first, other partners are slowly also. And especially the 4th floor has wifi but can not be used. Must use 4g during the entire trip
