The owner is super cute and super enthusiastic, cooks delicious food, supports buying Fansipan tickets for the two of us, introduces delicious local restaurants and reputable places to buy specialties as gifts. Nice reception when arrive at the hotel, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable. I'm lucky to stay here, easy and near to Fansipan, 5 minutes walk to Sun Plaza to buy ticket to Fansipan, close to Sapa market, etc. Highly recommended for guests or visitors to stay at this hotel. Hot water is good, complimentary mineral water, Wi-Fi good to access (speedy). Thank you for a good service, I'll come back to stay here again, I love Sapa 🙏👍

The room was spacious and clean. My family has 2 children so we chose the Family class, which has bunk beds for the children. They really liked it. Lotus aroma is great because it is close to both the big market and the night market. Convenient for shopping and traveling....

It's a small boutique hotel, so as expected the room was beautiful and comfy. Just a 2 minute walk to Sun Plaza and in the city center, so walking around is a no brainer. Big windows made the foggy scenery even more mystical. The staff were very friendly and let us check-in sooner when we arrived. Thumbs up! We have a pleasant stay here.

Bamboo Sapa Hotel
Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.
