I go in November is the cold season, so the clouds and the fog is quite a lot, you at night the rain falls like rain. This hotel has quite nice view, everyone, so book mountain view room to have a nice view, going in the dry season is probably beautiful and indescribable. In addition, everyone also gets 1 free meal ticket for 1 room. The food is very good. Breakfast buffet is also delicious. Thank hotel everyone enthusiastic service.

Surprise, the rate is not expensive but it was a great stay. Previously, we stayed at a more expensive hotel, but this hotel is good: location close to Sunworld, surrounded by many places to eat, spacious room with balcony and view, water heater, AC heater (very comfortable), breakfast OK. If you are not in check-in/check-out time, there are massage chairs that you can rest on.

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Nice reception when arrive at the hotel, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable. I'm lucky to stay here, easy and near to Fansipan, 5 minutes walk to Sun Plaza to buy ticket to Fansipan, close to Sapa market, etc. Highly recommended for guests or visitors to stay at this hotel. Hot water is good, complimentary mineral water, Wi-Fi good to access (speedy). Thank you for a good service, I'll come back to stay here again, I love Sapa 🙏👍

Going to Sapa on the day of football, the host even invited everyone to sit in the living room to watch together. Du Tran (Receptionist) and his colleagues gave us very enthusiastic and thoughtful advice. Helped us have a great experience in Sapa from the 1st to the 3rd of Tet 2025. The room was spacious and clean. My family has 2 children so we chose the Family class, which has bunk beds for the children. They really liked it. Lotus aroma is great because it is close to both the big market and the night market. Convenient for shopping and traveling....
