I was very satisfied with my stay here. I've stayed here many times for events in Surabaya. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water was flowing. The price was affordable. The location is strategic. There are many food options around the hotel, including a minimarket, and for breakfast, pecel rice is just a short walk in front of the Samsat office, if I'm not mistaken—it's just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, it's very good.

I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. For its affordable price, this hotel is well worth it.

the place is really really comfortable for just transit, privacy is very awake, I'm the kind of person who sleeps other than in my own room usually it's difficult or even impossible at all but yesterday even if it was just a short time I was able to sleep 🥹 recommended! I think I will come here often just to relax... 🫶🏻

The location is strategic, close to everything, so it saves a lot of time and energy. The staff, from security to inside, are all friendly. They offer an interesting menu selection and very affordable prices.

A 10/10 rating is certainly appropriate. The rooms are clean and spacious, with complete amenities. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food is delicious. Kudos to Santika. Keep it up! If I go to SBY, I'll definitely stay here again, as it's also close to the station.
