Excellent accommodation, and the room was upgraded at no extra cost. The service was friendly, too. I'll definitely be back if I'm in Surabaya again.

It's really cool, highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean, the receptionists are all friendly, the location is very strategic, next to Plaza Surabaya, and it's close to the Submarine Monument, the town square, the Kalimas tourist area, and there are lots of places to eat.

A place to stay in the city center, across from TP, and close to everything. Everything was great, from the service to the cleanliness of the rooms to the comfort.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The air conditioning in my first room wasn't cooling. I complained and was immediately given a replacement room. Excellent service.

I love the atmosphere of the room here, because it has a bathtub and is very suitable for a staycation with children, plus the view from the room is very nice because it faces the city and is not far from the shopping center.

I once stayed at the Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya Hotel, which is strategically located right in front of Tunjungan Plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities and friendly service. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the city views from the rooftop pool made the stay even more memorable.

The room is really big, comfortable for families, easy and fast access to go anywhere, easy to find food, next to the hotel there is a really delicious coconut satay seller and chicken soto, next to it there is a cafe with live music, close to the Surabaya city square, Surabaya Plaza and city hall, I think I will stay here again

Great hotel, I'll be back next time. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. All the staff were friendly. The facilities are complete and it's within walking distance to the city center.
