The hotel staff is very friendly, the room atmosphere is very quiet

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and already it's become my favorite hotel in Surabaya. The room is not too big nor too small, the view is nice, and the price is very cheap. I like the vibe of the surrounding areas too. There is a lot of eateries to choose from and the traffic isn't as heavy since the place is inside a housing area. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I need to stay in Surabaya.

Value for money. Comfortable for transit stay with economical price. Clean and all utilities are complete. Hot water is smooth, wifi & tv are also good. The location is also easily accessible.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is strategically close to the ITS campus 👍☺️ I have stayed here twice, thank you, my child feels at home ☺️🥰
