It was a great place, of course. Too bad I left a bad memory for the staff there because I forgot to prepare cash for deposit. But the staff was very friendly and said that “it’s okay because it’s already late. Just remember to prepare deposits in the future,” I felt real bad. The food was pretty decent and all in all was a great stay. Deal was a steal. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience. Thank you Sotis hotel, see you on another staycation.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Overall this hotel is great to stay with family with children, but must improve the cleanliness, especially the children's playground area. Should have a garden keeper for the outdoor area, the mini zoo area more often get clean - a lot of red ants when children feed the animal can get bite. The food is great, curry was tasty, gado-gado & rujak delicious, dim sum was nice, pizza, all food are delicious. The staff are friendly and smile on their face make us feel welcome. Very recommended to stay here, hope more improve get better and better, the cleanliness of the room, pillow, and bathroom.

Whiz Hotel Cikini - Menteng
The bed is clean, very comfy mattress so comfy I want to purchase it but it is not available for purchase. The hotel location is very convenient because it is close to everywhere. It is next to a small mall that has Daiso, Starbucks, Hokben, and Haircode. There are cafes and restaurants across the hotel. The security staff are helpful. The room is not soundproof though.

POP! Hotel Kelapa Gading
My go to hotel for business trip. AC very cold, very clean, attached to MKG mall, very convenient if I don't bring a car. Staffs are very friendly and since I've been here several times they have my ID records already which makes check in time much more convenient.
