The hotel staff helped me take care of the documents I left at the airport, and also helped take care of sending my luggage to the airport. The cleanliness of the room is very good, complete bathroom amenities. The location is only 100m from the subway station

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in. The location is very close to Narita Airport. A free shuttle bus runs to the airport every 30 minutes, which was very helpful. The room was very spacious, and it was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The cleanliness was very well maintained.

The location is really good, not far from Shinjuku. The hotel is really nice and clean, the room is also nice and quite spacey. We can open 2 big luggage, 1 small luggage in the room. The staff is also nice and helpful. Thanks a lot!
