The shower floor needs a scrub - pink soap scum. Carpet was a bit dusty. First room smelt quite horrible so I needed to change rooms which the staff kindly facilitated. Cleanliness needs to be stepped up a notch at this hotel. Centrally located and easy to get around town.

Loved our complementary early check in & late check out

We booked an executive 2-bedroom apartment months in advance. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room. The room felt cold, dated, and everything looked old. After providing feedback, we were told that it was the only room available, but we were later offered another room, at a higher level, which at least felt cleaner. The shower in the master bedroom was also not working. After 2 nights, we were shifted again to Room at a corner, which was much better. However, housekeeping service throughout the stay was disappointing. Despite repeatedly requesting daily housekeeping, they only changed the towels and cleared the rubbish. The room was never vacuumed and the bedsheets were not changed despite our requests. Before checkout, the housekeeping trolley was placed right outside our room, blocking the way. Ironically, when we needed housekeeping during our stay, it was nowhere to be found, but it suddenly appeared when we were checking out. Upon check out, when the front desk asked about our stay, we shared that it was bad due to the housekeeping issues and overall service. However, the manager who was beside did not acknowledge our feedback and disappeared shortly after. The front desk also remained quiet and did not respond further after we commented about our bad stay. With this level of service, I would not recommend staying here. There are definitely better accommodation options at a similar price point with much better service standards.

10/10 can't fault the location or anything else. Beautiful staff,Benjamin and Juliana and the rest of the staff so friendly. Our stay was amazing. We will be back in June!!!!

Excellent location with tram right in front of the hotel. Also walking distance to Bourke st mall, Fed square. Great places to eat nearby too. Rooms really clean and staff super friendly. This is our go to place when staying in the city.

Great location. Reception staff helped change rooms when air con not working. Housekeeping very average. Coffee cups not clean, no wash up fluid left. Body wash dispenser in shower empty

Great location, friendly reception staff, room was nice but couldn’t turn off kitchen light, reported this to reception but was not resolved. Also curtain fell down in the night, this was also reported and was resolved. Some minor cleaning issues. Overall a good stay.

The hotel was fine and served its purpose. A few issues is the hotel was not properly cleaned upon arrival, for instance we did not have trash bags in the barrel, the freezer was so iced over that the fridge did not close and so it could not keep beverages cool. The aircon didn’t work all that great. Overall our room was not clean, we had massive staining on our sheets and comforter that were yellow and looked like pee. The laundry we washed our clothes twice and it was not effective at actually cleaning our clothes (we were sure not to overstuff) and dryer took two cycles to dry so this was a waste of money. Aside from this being a great location I would not book at this property again in the future until standards and cleanliness is improved, maybe it was just our room.

Spacious , clean & good value for money. Smart TV s so you can access more than free to air is needed.

Horrendous mould build up in the shower and the surface clean of the base of the shower also was diabolical I could wipe it with a face washer….

Excellent location and comfortable room for our family stay. Kids loved the pool!
