I loved our stay at Citadines - the only exception to that was the inability to make an espresso or coffee for 6 days. To me (and I assume to many coffee drinkers), instant coffee is not coffee, especially in a city famous for its coffee! Otherwise, a wonderful place.

Very friendly and helpful staff member. The location is so central. Free tram in front of the hotel. Amazing. Love the nice pool and sauna also. Will stay here every time I come to Melbourne for sure.

Rooms are generally clean. Having a bidet in the toilet will be a plus. Bed requires updating as it is too soft, and sacks at middle. Otherwise, hotel is close to everywhere, and the free tram is just right outside. Food is very assessable.

Property located in a very vibrant Asian community within Melbourne. Lots of Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese restaurants on the same block as hotel. Very convenient METRO outside the Bourke Melbourne Citadine entrance! City views from floor #22 were spectacular. Laundry machines also conveniently located on our floor. Melbourne offers several transportation options including Uber and SkyBus airport shuttle. Convenient but expensive car parking is available on site. Highly recommend this hotel.

Budget accommodation. Terribly uncomfortable beds. Stained carpets. No working airconditioning. Staff were friendly and accommodating, had great hot water. Just a shame it lacks in a few areas. Very convenient to the city.
