The property is very well located, and you can do a lot of things walking around. There is a tram stop in front of it, so it's pretty easy to move around by public transport too. The cafés and restaurants around are amazing and I highly recommend trying some. The only things that made my experience not perfect were the entrance to the hotel, which was kind of hidden and always got me a bit confused about it, and the VIP benefit that was granted only because I asked about it.

The room was suitable for four travellers although therr was a slight smell of smoke in the room. I wish other guests would be more thoughtful when staying in hotel rooms and obey the no smoking law. So inconsiderate.

The staff were great and welcoming. Although I had trouble using my card to access to and get out of the parking area. I had already paid upon check in and it seems the card was not adjusted to use the car park. Had to call the hotel every time I had to access or leave the hotel for the 4 out of 6 days I was there, even after giving them my rego. The carpet of the room was old and had stains. Ac vent was dirty and had dust collected. The housekeeping was well done. Did not receive an upgrade but I did get a bottle of wine (after reminding them I did not receive this perk). Lot of communication needed with hotel staff to get things done. Another problem was when I went into my room was that the phone did not work but they sent someone to fix this as the cable needed to be changed.

We were very happy with our stay. One suggestion - it would’ve been great to have a bedside table on each side of the bed. We used the coffee table on one side but it was a bit awkward. Otherwise, all was great. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Thank you!!

Good location, studio has a weird layout with wash basin in room not in the bathroom. Self checkin doesn’t give any advantage, still need to check in and get a key at reception.
