Very friendly and helpful staff member. The location is so central. Free tram in front of the hotel. Amazing. Love the nice pool and sauna also. Will stay here every time I come to Melbourne for sure.

Really enjoyed my stay here; the friendly and helpful staff, the well appointed room with regular cleaning, the great location with the tram stop a hop, skip and jump and all of Melbourne's fantastic attractions close by. I found my stay here to be exceptionally good value. Thanks Citadine's!

The hotel was in a really good central location and the staff were absolutely exceptional. They were extremely polite and helpful, stored my expensive equipment in a safe room away from general luggage during the day and were happy for me to work from their lobby for a few hours in the afternoon. The hotel itself has a great little pool and gym complex that isn't flash but gets the job done and is well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable! Would stay again.

The heater was broken and didnt work. We called someone to fix it on Friday night and was told it would have to wait until maintenance could come in on Saturday, this was reasonable and we were given blankets. On Saturday morning i went past reception and was advised the maintenance man would be there in half an hour so we went out for the day. When we got home the heater still wasnt working, i went to reception and i was then told someone would come up. We were then called to be told there is no weekend maintenance team so no one would be coming up. We asked for heaters for the room as it was an 11 degree day and the room was freezing. After another 30 minutes we had to call again to follow up where the heaters were. And even once we got the heaters in it still took over 5 hours to actually warm the room up.
We have stayed here before and not had issues, but not sure would stay again. I understand things brake, but be proactive in finding a solution, it shouldn't be left to the customer to demand action, multiple times. Poor service and lack of care

Very friendly reception staff, lovely big clean room, very comfortable bed and quiet. If I had to pick anything wrong it was the shower floor need a good scrub on the edges but all in all very clean and great hotel.

Booked here for the indoor pool but it was on restricted hours due to renovations, which meant I did not use the pool.
Unable to reach the hotel by phone. It was on a loop to the answer phone. Consequently, without instructions, it took a bit of finding, on foot, in the rain. However, once at the hotel I found the staff friendly and helpful. The bed and room were comfortable with good facilities.

I am glad to have chosen Citadines on Bourke Melbourne. I've had previous experience staying with Citadines in Cebu and I took the chance of booking with them in Melbourne. The location was awesome! A tram station stop right outside you! It made going around so easy. We were in the CBD area but it never felt loud or crowded. So many shopping and dining options around the area. Staff were nice and friendly. Rooms were huge, clean and complete with extra amenities. Thank you Citadines for the 2 weeks experience!
