Eena at reception was absolutely beautiful—her calm, friendly nature instantly eased the stress of our travels and set the tone for a peaceful stay. Each morning, Lyli at the café made our experience even more delightful. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile brightened our day and made us feel truly cared for. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a lovely experience. What could have been a stressful trip turned into something calm, comfortable, and truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

Check in was nice and fast, staff were very friendly, room was clean, had a great view, and the hotel is located in a great location with lots of activities, shopping, and restaurants within a short walking distance.

The hotel was very dated, cleaniness just ok. Funny smell from sink tap water. Breakfast was very underwhelming. This has to be the worst Hilton we stayed at. The only thing that saved this hotel are the staff. Very friendly, cheerful and courteous.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy. I appreciated receiving a text message asking if I needed anything during my stay, it was convenient to be able to communicate that way. Both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were friendly, and it made me feel I’d like to stay again. Thank you. :)

The hotel’s onsite restaurant was closed, which initially left us in a difficult situation. However, the staff kindly confirmed the chef’s availability and arranged for us to enjoy the dishes we wanted at another restaurant’s table. I was truly impressed by the hotel’s hospitality.

Staff were amazing. We called room service for toilet paper At night came quickly. We also called for conditioner at night it also came quick. Room was spacious clean and serviced daily. View was amazing of cairns harbour and the reef boats.. Breakfast was excellent. Room service for food wasnt the best magehrita pizza was cheesy/oily . Hotel seemed to be queiter than other hotels in Cairns older couples and tour groups not many kids. I would stay here again.
