Hilton Cairns

We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

優點 1 地理位置優良！行去碼頭很方便 2 洗頭水護髮素沐浴露好好用 3 有三對免費拖鞋可以用 缺點 1 浴室沖涼位置 浴缸上只得半塊玻璃 沖涼嘅時候 啲水彈曬出去 搞到成地都係水好麻煩 2 我們不好彩 畀航空公司連累！轉咗兩次機才可到達凱恩斯 到達酒店時 已經係晚上十一點！可能因為太夜酒店留返畀我哋嘅房 係賣淨蔗 門外沒有燈亦都沒有門鐘

地點方便，房間大，但冷氣機太嘈，房間很潮濕，亦有很多蟻！

Great view.

A great place to stay - awesome breakfasts. Walking distance to many places. We had minimal issues (eg: the TV was playing up) but the staff were eager to help out.

Great view with a waterfront balcony. Front desk crew were “ok”. The dining room staff were great. Breakfast buffet included a self-serve juicer which included beets, apples, carrots & more for fresh juice. Loved that - we don’t usually find that at most hotels. Location is great - just around the corner from many restaurants and the wharf. Entire area is very walkable. Hotel is mostly clean. Hallway tiles and room doors look tired but rooms are clean, bed comfortable and water hot. Enjoyed the great water pressure with the shower head provided. Very good experience!

They don’t provide toothbrush and breakfast doesn’t have avocados 😮‍💨

日本人スタッフの方がいて質問などしやすかったです。２階からヤシの木が生えていて素敵でした。早朝着の飛行機でケアンズに着き、タクシーでホテルまで行きましたが、ロビーが広くて荷物の整理などもしやすいし充電もできるので、よかったです。

We stay at Hilton in Cairns when most properties in Cairns are booked out, overall it is okay but for the price it would really need some renovations, old carpet, old room, dirty building, old furniture in lobby.... Breakfast was amazing though

Overall, everything was perfect! However, the television power kept turning off automatically whenever we came back from lunch or dinner, and this happened for two nights in a row. What made us uncomfortable was that the staff seemed impatient about the issue and implied that we had been using too much electricity, even though we had just returned from being outside. We didn’t feel very comfortable with the attitude during those interactions.

The breakfast was comprehensive, fresh and delicious and the staff were hospitable, efficient and polite. My room was clean and comfortable plus had a lovely view over the adjacent marina, water and nearby forested hinterland.

We loved the breakfast

Breakfast was good. Several choices. In room dining closed by 10pm. This is poor. Many travellers arrive with jet lag and will be hungry and awake at night. Not good enough for an international hotel chain. Beautiful location close to everything in CBD. Directly on the water, beautiful views. Charge of $36 for a car park inside the hotel garage is too high. We are not in Brisbane.

Stayed here 15 years ago and not much changed. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat. Buffet was really great However, was disappointed with the overall quality of this hotel, didn’t seem to meet up to a Hilton standard we find in other places around the world.
