We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

Hotel needs to be renovated, feels a little outdated. Great staff and location is great. Walking distance to boardwalk and centre of town.
Rooms are okay just need to be updated, TV needed smart options if you are travelling with children.
Beds feel a bit worn.
Overall hotel experience was okay.

Overall trip was great specially the Jacuzzi. Staff was good in helping while check out, whereas their check in process was painfully slow. Also, we had issues in breakfast where instructions were not properly followed.

You cannot beat the location or view of this hotel. It was just a few minutes walk to the Cairns Night Market as well saw the many restaurants along the pier.

This place is past its used by date. Way too expensive for the quality you are getting. Tiny rokmes and Tiny bathrooms. I stayed in two separate rooms at an average of $400 per night. What a waste, only a good view if in the right room.

Nice pool, huge breakfast buffet with everything, free beach towels for going snorkeling in the reef. We already had reservations, but they were willing to help us find things to do. The hotel was right next to the boardwalk and piers.

さすがヒルトン、間違いはない。外見は古さを感じさせる部分はあるが、建物内は綺麗に保たれており、ホスピタリティある接客が徹底されている。日本人スタッフもいるためか日本人宿泊客も多い。

High recommend the Hilton Cairns,
Pool was the best area - the kids loved it and the movies each night kept them entertained too.
Location was perfect walking to everything, the cafes, shops and Lagoon
Onsite parking was great & safe.

アイアンマンケアンズに出場する家族と応援のために宿泊しました。
アイアンマンヴィレッジも近く、前日、当日ともに出場する家族も自分たちも移動が本当に楽でした。
周辺はメジャーなレストラン、スーパー、お土産屋さんも多く、なんの不便もありません。
朝食はビュッフェスタイルで普通ですが、卵料理が選べ、作りたてのオムレツを出してくれます。フルーツも多く、ゆったり時間を過ごすことができます。日本食のコーナーもありました。
グリーン島への船の港も近く、何をするのも便利だと思いました。
カジノが目の前にあり、泊まった部屋がカジノに面している部屋だったのですが、金曜、土曜の夜はずっとディスコソングがガンガンに流れていて、うるさかったので、気になる方は耳栓持参か、事前にホテルにリクエストをしても良いかもしれません。
