We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

3 有三對免費拖鞋可以用
缺點
1 浴室沖涼位置 浴缸上只得半塊玻璃 沖涼嘅時候 啲水彈曬出去
搞到成地都係水好麻煩

畀航空公司連累！轉咗兩次機才可到達凱恩斯

已經係晚上十一點！可能因為太夜酒店留返畀我哋嘅房

Room was good nice view. had some problems with the carpark and we had to pay for on street town parking then we got entry to the hotel car park was a bit of a pain as was raining. Staff kept trying to sell me WIFI when we had in inclusive with our booking.

Excellent location. Rooms and pool showing their age. Annoyingly we booked for 4 people, stayed for 5 nights and every day we had to ask for 4 towels instead of only 2. Minor I know but becomes annoying when you want a shower and there's not enough towels for everyone

There was no power in the morning, so couldn’t have everything off the breakfast menu.
Our room was opposite the casino , the casino that played loud music until late in the evening, and the people coming out of the casino were not the nicest of people. Hotel itself very nice!
