Beautifully located within easy walking distance to the city. Stunning balcony views, family-friendly atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. Staff were warm and welcoming. Parking facilities could be improved.

Excellent service, housekeeping, location, room size, balcony, bed, amenities, pool, buffet breakfast. As a very minor criticism, the rooms/bathrooms could be due an update, but otherwise the hotel is absolutely perfect and I would definitely re-visit!!

We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment

Clean, family-friendly, great pool and spa for big and little kids with a nice table tennis. Beautiful scenic waterview from the balcony of the waterfront esplanade and palm trees. Buffet breakfast was great with variety, very friendly staff, especially Lynn, who always greeted us with a smile each morning. Fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel, but a little tired in certain areas. The pool had quite a few tiles missing, but not to the detriment of a swim. The surroundings of the pool had plenty of sun lounges, but a few more umbrellas would be good. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Had two rooms, they were welcoming of kids with a gift bag and treasure hunt / stamp card for them to collect. Great pool to watch them swimming whilst having a cold one. Good value on the breakfast.

Clean, spacious & well appointed balcony room overlooking waterfront. Comfy bed, nice bed linen & towels but shower tap over bath was difficult to operate. Garden bed on balcony was neglected and in need of a gardener & painter.
Plent of sun lounges but not terribly comfortable. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Gin Social was pleasant to pass an hour or two and desk staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a few days here.

Very comfortable and in a great location with views across the water. Very close to the reef ferry terminal and a short stroll to the main drag. Has a slight air of tropical decay, but everything was clean and the service excellent.

Hotel was great overall. Awesome location close to everything, ferry terminal, shopping, and dining. Breakfast included in our package was excellent, fresh squeezed juice, massive selection including asian options. Rooms were spacious and well appointed.
