Room was clean and reasonably up to date. Staff were courteous. 30 dollars per night parking for guests seems unreasonable.

Room was good nice view. had some problems with the carpark and we had to pay for on street town parking then we got entry to the hotel car park was a bit of a pain as was raining. Staff kept trying to sell me WIFI when we had in inclusive with our booking.

Ritz attended to our concerns promptly. It was wonderful to have a pleasant place to stay. Live music in the Atrium was an enjoyable touch. Thank you again Ritz and team!

Excellent location. Rooms and pool showing their age. Annoyingly we booked for 4 people, stayed for 5 nights and every day we had to ask for 4 towels instead of only 2. Minor I know but becomes annoying when you want a shower and there's not enough towels for everyone

There was no power in the morning, so couldn’t have everything off the breakfast menu. Our room was opposite the casino , the casino that played loud music until late in the evening, and the people coming out of the casino were not the nicest of people. Hotel itself very nice!

Convene t location and loved the umbrellas! Some days room did not clean the glasses and cups.

The hotel was very dated, cleaniness just ok. Funny smell from sink tap water. Breakfast was very underwhelming. This has to be the worst Hilton we stayed at. The only thing that saved this hotel are the staff. Very friendly, cheerful and courteous.

Our stay at the Hilton has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Eena at reception was absolutely beautiful—her calm, friendly nature instantly eased the stress of our travels and set the tone for a peaceful stay. Each morning, Lyli at the café made our experience even more delightful. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm smile brightened our day and made us feel truly cared for. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a lovely experience. What could have been a stressful trip turned into something calm, comfortable, and truly memorable. We will definitely be back!
