Nice service

We loved the location and our ocean view. The breakfast and all of the staff were outstanding! Unfortunately the pool was out of order while we were there. But otherwise a lovely stay!

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The view from the room was beautiful, looking out over the bay.

The staff are so helpful and freindly which makes what i say next hard to say, the hotel Hilton is starting to show its age but what i can see they are doing renovations. The day we got there they had closed the pool and emptied it for maintenance which was upsetting as i picked the hilton because of the huge pool, they did offer to taxi us to another hotel to us there pool but that was why to inconveient for this trip as my time to swim was limited. The breakfast was ok but ive had far better in cheaper hotels the best thing was the omelettes there awsome. The room was a good size and clean but again in need of a upgrade, i was disappointed with the tv although it was a good size tv it only had free to air tv and if u want to watch a movie its about $35 extra i thought for what you pay for the room it would at least have Netflix. We drove to the Hilton Cairns as we live in Queensland and another disappointing thing was it cost me a extra $30 a night to park in the car park underneath the hotel wich when i booked it says parking available but nothing about paying. All in all we had a great time and the staff made up for the let down of the hotel not the 5 star experience we were expecting more 3.5

Room was clean, a little annoying the pool was out of commission. Although alternative was offered.

The staff was very courteous, helpful , friendly, and efficient. The breakfast in the restaurant each morning was excellent. The location was great and easily walkable for the activities we had planned.

Hotel was beautiful! Great location. Would have been nice if they we able to store our bags when we went out on the reef for 2 days.

Book a king sized water facing. Beautiful views and fun birds (rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos, etc) right outside room. Excellent pool and lots of loungers. Great walking location. Would book again if coming to Cairns

Staff were amazing, especially Anne the Manager at the Hilton Sunrise Cafe where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and all the staff were warm towards us and always helpful. We loved our suite it was spacious with stunning views. Thanks so much and we will be back again 😊
