Was great- loved it! The gym was out of action so that was a shame. Pizza at hotel was delicious! Desired more umbrella shades.

Lovely hotel, but a little tired in certain areas. The pool had quite a few tiles missing, but not to the detriment of a swim. The surroundings of the pool had plenty of sun lounges, but a few more umbrellas would be good. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Had two rooms, they were welcoming of kids with a gift bag and treasure hunt / stamp card for them to collect. Great pool to watch them swimming whilst having a cold one. Good value on the breakfast.

We have been warmly welcomed from the staff and got a room upgrade.

Clean, spacious & well appointed balcony room overlooking waterfront. Comfy bed, nice bed linen & towels but shower tap over bath was difficult to operate. Garden bed on balcony was neglected and in need of a gardener & painter. Plent of sun lounges but not terribly comfortable. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Gin Social was pleasant to pass an hour or two and desk staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a few days here.

Very comfortable and in a great location with views across the water. Very close to the reef ferry terminal and a short stroll to the main drag. Has a slight air of tropical decay, but everything was clean and the service excellent.

Muy bonrito hotel y excelente personal lo que lo hace aún mejor. Cama cómoda y rápido servicio en cuanto a limpieza y alimentación. La ubicación es execelente. Volvería a alojarme allí sin pensarlo.

This is a nice property. Very helpful staff. Close to boat tours and restaurants.

Hotel was great overall. Awesome location close to everything, ferry terminal, shopping, and dining. Breakfast included in our package was excellent, fresh squeezed juice, massive selection including asian options. Rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The staff was excellent including the front desk and the breakfast staff who made our stay very enjoyable even though it was very busy throughout our stay. The room and property were clean and inviting. Thanks for a great time.

まずチェックイン当日に高校のプロムがあり、子供たちが車寄せ付近に100人くらい広がっていたため、車寄せに車を止めることもままならなかった。 疲れてる中、ホテルに到着し、車の止めることもできず、離れたところでやっと停めて荷物をおろしてもそれを入り口まで運ぶことさえできない。当然ながらポーターもいない。 やっとフロントにつきチェックインし、あまりに疲れたので、荷物を部屋まで持って来てもらおうと頼んだが、思いっきり嫌そうな顔をされ断念し、自力で運んだ。 部屋につき、洋服をクローゼットにかけようと思ったらゴキブリがおり、ゲストサービスに電話し、誰か人を寄越し退治してくれと頼まなくてはいけなかった。 しかも、ゴキブリがいたクローゼットなど怖くて洋服をかける気にもならない。 ネスプレッソマシンがあり、コーヒーを抽出し飲んだところ壊れていて水漏れし、ふと見たら、床まで水浸しだった。 ちなみに、エスプレスマシンは10年以上自宅でも使っているので、操作ミスではありません。しかも抽出後なので、絶対に私のミスではありません。 再度ゲストサービスに電話をし、水漏れしてるので、交換してくれと申し出たところ、留守の間に交換品を置いていってくれてはいたが、壊れているものを引き取っていなかったため、さらに水漏れしてフロアが水浸しでした。 水漏れしていると申告しているのだから、確認して引き取っておけばいいものを...。 その後、外出の際にフロントに日本人のスタッフがおり、その方にネスプレッソマシンを引き取るように伝えましたが、「分りました」の一言でした。 そういう時は、常識的に考えて申し訳ありませんでしたの一言はあるべきなのでは？ 夜は夜で、深夜2時過ぎまで大音量で音楽かけて若者が外で騒ぎ、非常にうるさかったです。 朝食のスタッフは明るく、丁寧で好感がありました。 たまたま色々重なっただけだとは思いますが、ウンザリしてしまいました。 プロムなどがある際は、もう少しスタッフがきちんと整理し、他の顧客に迷惑がかからないようにするべきですし、プロムがあり、迷惑かける事がありますとあらかじめ伝えてくれても良いと思います。 サービスという言葉について、もう一度考えてほしいと思いました。

Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.

Had some issues with the shower not working, bath tub had rust in the bottom of it... room was pleasant but bathroom was generally, a little rundown.

The views is great, but the building is pretty old, bathroom is small and no exhaust fan inside, need a renovation. We were not happy with the room that they allocated to us at the beginning as it's really bad, but the staff managed to change us to another room, so it's ok!

ホテルはとても綺麗でスタッフの方もみんな親切に対応してくれました。 お店が沢山ある街中に立地しているので大変便利で楽しめました。 また是非利用したいと思います。

施設的には古さをまったく感じさせなく、ストレスなく滞在できました。 9階のラウンジはよく利用させていただき、素晴らし時間を過ごさせてもらいました。 しいて指摘するならUSB端子で直接電源を繋げられると助かります。
