Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal

After having stayed at this location multiple times over last few years, I did notice an overall decline in cleanliness and overall condition. The hotel hallways and rooms are dated and tired. The elevators were noisy and rickety. Breakfast although fine…the servers were running out of cutlery each morning. Just not paying attention. Bar servers were great and quick to serve with a smile. Member of cleaning staff entered our room at 8am then left startled when saw us in there in bed. Have never experienced that at 8am at any hotel in the world that I’ve been at. Hotel manager said that they begin room cleaning at 8am. Overall the stay was “ok” this time. Location is great but future Montreal trips may look elsewhere.

Had a great stay! Complementary breakfast was super convenient - even eggs made to order. Each guest was provided with 2 free drinks to be used at the hotel bar for happy hour, this was a nice touch, atmosphere was perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Cheaper city parking across the street if you want. Walking distance to all attractions in old Montreal. Room was a bit dated but beds and pillows super comfortable (hotel is currently doing to updates). Thank you - we had a great stay!

Food was average Alarm woke us in middle of the night as “false alarm” Housekeeping came in and started cleaning while we were asleep Front desk was nice

Good location and food was good as was the service. The maid service was terrible. Dirty dishes stayed in the hallway for days. Mold in the shower and the microwave was broken. For the price I cannot recommend.

Clean room, staff helpful, convenient location across from conference centre and near link to the Metro. Good breakfast included, happy hour inconvenient restaurant on site.

The room was great for the weekend we came. We had really good service from the waitress Kathy Sunday night. We also had great service from Tracy Monday morning at breakfast. These two were happy and helpful! I don't know the name of the chef, but my omelette was amazing!!

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and the services are a great bonus.

Loved the view from our room on the 11th floor, loved the indoor parking super easily accessible from the street and loved the free drinks offered for the 5-7. The staff during the 5-7 and during diner were all very courteous and attentive to their customers. Had a great experience at Embassy Suites :)

Great location. Breakfast and happy hour was above average. Snack basket upon arrival was a nice surprise. Room was a good size and newly renovated but had a few issues - stand up shower design resulted in water coming out and no closet. Staff friendliness was hit or miss - more often missed.

The room is spacious and decent and staff is friendly. We stayed two nights and didn’t get housekeeping the other day but they sent up amenities once requested. Overall good and will come back again.
