Great location

Perfect setup for young kids having the suite. Great location. Staff were friendly! The shower was awful, no water pressure at all. The elevators were always full, you’d have to wait 10 minutes to fit in one and get down with a stroller. Room was quite loud with the major street being frequently plowed overnight.

Clean room, good location and morning breakfast - three main reasons for me to always pick this hotel anytime I visit Montreal.

The restaurant and bar staff were great. The room was better than expected.

This hotel had a great breakfast buffet. They also had a station where you can have an omelet made or pancakes.

Excellent experience. Staff went out of their way with the free breakfast, free happy hour with fresh veg and snacks.

This was the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. The staff was courteous, helpful and generous. The parking was simple and convenient. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. The complimentary drinks at the bar was fantastic and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. 10/10 recommend for a stay in Montreal especially near the old port.

Room was immaculate and was quite impressed with the layout. Had 2 person hot tub, fireplace and entire kitchen set up

Hotel en cours de rénovation mais pas pas prévenu. Donc 1et réveil à 6h30 par un bruit infernal. Pas très sérieux. Problème de parking. La hauteur max des véhicules n'est pas mentionnée dans l'annonce et nous a été annoncée uniquement la veille !! Et notre véhicule ne rentrait pas 😡

It is close to old Montreal, so it is good for sightseeing. Hotel is located at front of Metro.

I was there for two nights, they did not clean the room for the second night stay I had to call them on three separate occasions to come and fix things 1. Thermostat in the room was not working, 2. The jacuzzi as it coming on 3. Since they did not clean the room I needed towels and water The breakfast that was included was not the standard of the Hilton hotel food was old and coffee was the worst I have ever tasted The evening snack and drinks was designed to get tips for the staff. We sat there for 20 minutes before any of the staff recognized that they should come and serve us The 9th floor garbage can by the elevator was over flowing all three days with no one bothering to clean - not that it was overflowing with new garbage, it wasn’t cleaned for three nights so no one could possibly add any more garbage to it Any way overall experience was not bad hence the reason for 3 star
