The room and hot tub were amazing, parking was great. We didn’t have to walk in the cold to get to the car, parking was in the basement. Can’t wait to visit again will definitely recommend …Everything was in a 15 mins radius

The house staff was very kind and respectful. The reception staff was a bit cold. The food in the restaurant was delicious!
There must have been construction at the front door. Elevator (1 of 2) smelled like puke and broke down one night. There wasn’t an electrical plug beside the vanity but on the opposite side of the bathroom. The bed was VERY old. There was a large divot in the middle. The carpet could use a shampoo. The couch cushions kept sliding off when we sat on them.

The rooms were fantastic! Lots of space, very modern and clean. Was pleasantly surprised. The staff in the restaurant was great especially since they had such a big crowd because of the competition happening. The only issues I had was with one specific person at the front desk. She was not very helpful and needs to work on her customer service skills.
