The room was clean and the staff were very polite. Parking was free, though the lot was quite full so if you come to the hotel late night you may not find the spot to park. I didn’t have breakfast since it wasn’t included in the room rate, and I found the price a bit too high for the hotel breakfast. The rooms are very "acoustic" and you can hear all the noise coming from outside or inside of the building. Not recommended for someone who can't sleep with the extensive noise. There was a mix-up with the double booking under my name. I was charged a deposing for the extra room I didn't have. I am still waiting for the reimbursement.

There were leftovers in the fridge from whomever was in the room prior. The shuttle was on time relatively but the ride was extremely bumpy and scary. There was no bar soap offered. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of food being given. I wasnt able to try thr breakfast as I had an early flight so I cannot comment. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Kind of a sketchy location arriving late at night from airport. The shuttle was a 30min wait, but was expected as per the instructions. The roadway from airport to hotel was terrible-very bumpy and unkept but not reflective of the hotel. Room was very small but served its purpose A good stay.

Mostly I just want to say that the front desk person was so helpful and genuine in his efforts to help me get checked in after arriving very late, on a very long flight (with no sleeping for a long time). In an age when customer service is languishing due to inhospitable corporate attitudes and AI taking over everything, this lovely human being really made my experience so much better. The hotel was nice (nothing outstanding but nice) but his customer service was exceptional.
