It was ok. Good location for our needs

Hotel is in a great location and I love the free parking! Furnishings in my room were old and tired work desk area had very poor lighting the area was almost not usable. The staff is great the price is right it’s all ok.

Arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel. We got to the dining room about 5 minutes before it closed. The waitress was extremely patient and allowed us to order and eat. The food was delicious. The room was dated but worked for the 5hrs we slept in it. Would book again.

It was close to the airport. About 30mins from the cn tower. Had a hard time getting a cab back. To my hotel on a Friday. Not the hotels fault but definitely something to consider when you have 0zero idea where you are in the city.

Property hard to find since there are numerous 4 points by Sheraton in the local Toronto area and is a little out of the way from the airport.

Great stay. Room was clean, staff friendly.

The hotel was fine. The shuttle service was not up to par. The van was dirty, inside and out. It was difficult to tell that the van was, in fact, for the hotel because the sign was so small. Just a card in the front window. Not what I would have expected from the Sheraton.

My wife and I stayed for one night prior to our vacation getaway. Firstly, the website and room says free parking but they do not tell you this is only for local stays and not for other vacation durations that are outside of the city/country so we were surprised with a additional 18$ a day parking fee which was annoying. We booked a king size room and received a queen bed. The hotel has very noisy guests which continue onto through the night. The restaurant was severely understaffed and very unfriendly with sub par food and drink. Not to mention dirty and dingy with poor services. The parking lot was in a horrible state due to snow which is forgiving, however we returned to our car 10 days later to find it was severely damaged from a hit and run incident:( Extremely frustrating and the hotel has done nothing to help reimburse us for any damages and headaches when they should be offering much better security and surveillance to the parking lot to better protect guests vehicles. The worse hotel stay ever for us and we'll be doing our best to have them recover cost that incurred to our vehicle, which is due to the poor state of their parking lot. Never stay here under any circumstances!

It’s quiet for me but what I didn’t like the fact I was getting a snooze and some water main bust and the alarm went off wake me up had to go downstairs and I didn’t get no update .

Staff was rude. Far from airport. Dirty bathrooms.
