Bit confusing shuttle service and was dropped at wrong hotel - took uber to correct one but it was easy and more being tired and overlooked giving address. All was great at hotel

This hotel is definitely a steal for those who need a comfortable overnight stay to catch the next flight. Room is comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. Free airport shuttle bus saved you a lot of hassles in between hotel and Pearson airport. I was well served by a delightful lady named Yolanda at the hotel restaurant last night and got the best steak and fries in town - and a great deal- a fresh Caesar salad as the side dish too. I will definitely come back :-)

This is my second stay at this hotel. I had a clean, odour-free room. The staff were friendly.

Stayed for one night and used the shuttle bus from the airport and it was pretty easy and convenient. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I recommend for layovers since its very close to the airport and a shuttle bus is available for free.

The room as SO nice and clean. That bed was to die for. My flight got canceled and I had to stay in Canada another night. I was on a limited budget and I came across this hotel for under $100 all in. I was shocked to arrive and find the hotel so beautiful and clean. The best thing is that it had an airport shuttle so I didn't have to spend more money. I called the hotel and arranged a pickup. They came in less than 10 minutes. The bed and the pillows where amazing. I arrived around 11:30 and the bar closed at midnight and they opened up for me to be able to order a beer. I got in the middle of that bed and went to sleep. I highly recommend this location.

The rooms are dated, mine had stains all over the carpet, the bathroom shower was in bad shape as well. The couch in the corner looked very “used”. The hallway was very noisy both nights I stayed. Constant door slamming all night until I finally just left at 5am to switch hotels so I could actually sleep. Not to mention the constant transport trucks going all night behind the hotel at the truck stop/fuelling station. The positive is the parking, it’s included and there is plenty. There are better places close by for similar or a better price.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again. 😊

Great stay in general……..

Everything else is fine with this property except for their airport shuttle. They don’t run on any fixed schedule. When you book, they try to get you in around 30 minutes. I have had to wait well over 30 minutes in bad weather on 2 different occasions, even after calling them. I saw every other major hotel’s shuttle frequently and plan to stay elsewhere in future.

Unless you are okay with subpar cleaning, unhelpful staff, and lack of assistance with amenities do not stay here. Upon arrival, we had to request another room as the first room assigned smelled like mold and dirty smoke. Another guest checking in around the same time as us was assigned a room that someone had already been staying in. The staff was also rude and not accommodating in numerous instances.
